先摘抄如下:

对于5， membership， 自己加入什么ACS之类算吗，原来有的学生的membership，好像
没有续。 如果续上容易吗？ 好像有人说什么six-sigma的会遭来REF。

所以想问一下自己考的那些职业证书（比如Oracle，SAS什么的）能不能做为申请材料
。如果能的话要不要再附上一个statement说明这些证书跟自己的工作有什么关系？
还有除了证书复印件以外，要不要再额外提交一个文档证明这些认证有多牛（比如说这
些考试通过率很低，有这些证的人很少，etc.）？或者把这些内容写到PL里面？

刚查了一下说是批了。
其实收到RFE的时候，查了一下，发现同时期好多EB1A过了，NIW 被RFE的。感觉可能是
NIW在清库存，就发RFE。再加上，现在的排期太坑人，就抱着，爱批不批的心态搞的。
由于现在的排期……也不觉得兴奋。倒是因为是DIY，很有成就感。
准备过一年，等等引用再上EB1为EB2做出更大贡献!

了查murphy law，上面这个应该是EB3的。
不过receipt上的PD 是EB3的RD,不是我EB2的PD。
murphy law上这么说的：

The professionals classification is for individuals who hold at least a U.S.
bachelor's degree, or a foreign equivalent, and who are members of the
profession. When the USCIS issues a receipt and approval notice in the EB3

发帖数: 111 | 38 去年8月File的EB2 I-140 Perm， 去年年底filed EB1b。 结果年初EB1b的I-140批了，
但一周后EB2 Perm I-140被拒，而且是直接据，连RFE的机会都没有！！！
读了decision letter，很明显EB2被拒是受到EB1的影响。而且感觉移民官认为faculty
的职位不符合EB2 professions holding an advanced degree... 难道File了EB1就不
再符合EB2的条件了? 还是说faculty职位本身就该走EB1b而不是EB2 Perm？
现在感觉有些后怕，以前觉得concurrent EB1&2是双保险，论坛上也有无数的人和律师
说这是parallel cases不会互相影响。但至少我的例子至少说明两个case确实互相影响
了。当然我的结果是好的。但换个情况，如果EB1没有批，会不会影响EB2确实是个疑问。
