基本上花了四个月， 1个月批I－140， 1个月自己准备I485 材料体检什么， I485 花了2个月，1个月等receipt， 1个月批准。很幸运，上周五下午才FP，今天周一上午就收到card production ordered 的email 和AP denial email。
希望收到卡之前不会有什么波折了。
之前还担心体检的问题。
“当时比较赶时间，护士说sign your name，我就签名了。回来看复印件，发现没有填日期。不知道会不会被退回。
”LD的TBtest， 医生就直接写上有postive history，没有做skin test。再附上X－ray报告说明没有问题。不知道会不会被退回补做skin test。已经交上去一段时间了， |

晚上8点多收到USCIS发来的短信，说我和我老婆的485申请status updated。赶紧上网
去查，发
现我和我老婆的申请都变成了Card/Document Production.苦苦等待了四个半月之后，
总算是批
准了。
我的EB-1A 140是去年6月中旬就批准了的，因为要回国结婚，带老婆过来一起递485,所
以就迟迟没
有递485。8月份等到这边的工作有一些空闲，就回国结婚了，结果签证被check，在国
内耽搁到9月
底才回到美国。没想到这个visa check，不仅仅影响到当时回美国，还导致485申请的
时候name
check花了很长时间才clear。

ld当时很粗心，以为ead和ap都要额外交钱，所以只file了485，
2月初发现ap是免费的，所以赶紧交了ap，2月底发现ead又是免费的，所以又交了ead的
申请了。。。
不知道是不是很这个有关系 |

唉，终于轮到我们家了，今天LD收到card production email。不说了，timeline先。
- 去年6月7号正式开始准备材料，DIY。准备过程很痛苦，反复修改材料，快写到吐。
- 9月2号e-file到TSC并PP
- 9月16号被RFE，非常general没有针对性的RFE。准备过程更加痛苦，嚼烂的东西又拿
出来嚼。。。
- 10月5号uscis收到RFE response
- 10月15号140approved
- 11月1号uscis收到485，没有申请AP和EAD，也是听信了AP，EAD可能导致485变慢的谣
言。现在回头看，还是应该申请的。
- 12月14, 16号，我和LD分别打指纹，之后就是漫长的等待。。。直到今天

上月面试的一个公司一直没有消息，因为自己的 ead卡没拿到，所以也不着急问, 本以
为没戏了，今天 HR突然来了 email，通知准备第二轮面试，后来还补充，如果没 ead
卡就不用考虑了，绝望之中点了一下 uscis的网站，没想到 ead的状态居然变成了" On

pdf 文件发给她，但发过去后没回音了，不知是不是看到“30 days"不爽。请问有经验

email. 15号收到welcome letter。
16号又收到email，状态从card production 变成了post decision.
有人知道什么原因吗？还有多久会收到卡？会不会有变数啊，网上查了一下，出现这种
情况的好像都等了很久才收到卡，不知道是不是这样。

比人家多，以证明多牛多牛。
一直没有看很明白，本人ME，Ph.D 期间发了7篇journal文章，原本想好好利用这个
chornical faculty productivity index,哪知道上那里一看，2004到2006三年期间，
每个教授的文章数量都上了10。
是不是意味着我压根就不能用这个faculty productivity index啊？我才7篇，压根就
没得和人家比啊？？？
有人有类似经验的吗？

网上查的状态也说是card production。今天打电话到USCIS去问，被告知还是属于
pending状态，没有approved。问之前的notice和网上的状态是怎么回事，给的解释是
他们的系统不完善有漏洞，正在update中。
感觉很奇怪，有没有遇到过同样的情况啊？多谢 |

In Jan. 12, 2012, I've got email from USCIS about card production.
In Jan.17th 2012, I've received the I485 approved notice.
In Jan. 18th, 2012, online, card production changed to decision.
In Jan. 19th, 2012, I received all green cards for my family.
In Jan. 21th, 2012, I received the I485 approved notice again.
Online, still decision status.
In my personal opinion, they may do mix up the website updating.

现在就在等485的批准，感觉TSC在AP和EAD批准方面还是比较神速的，今早一查已经
card production了，通过对网上大家报上来的数据我统计了一下一般AP/EAD 大约是一
个月左右，我这里是前后俩个工作周，现在就是耐心地等待最后绿了，bless myself

6月15寄出，TSC。
俺在加州工作。
今天（星期六,11月10日，2012）收到update如下：

几乎耗时5个月才批一个事务性的手续，
TSC processing 很慢，
骂了好几个月的“移民局这帮猪”。
昨天（星级五）打了个电话催催，
要求speed up,
第一个接电话的真的是个猪，
只是跟俺一遍遍地说现在Employment based 1A只处理到3月12日。
俺问有很多人8、9月提交的485也批了，怎么俺6月交的没有feedback?
她就胡说一通，很泛泛，比如case-by-case什么的。
俺要求告诉俺现在处理到什么程度了，比如是name check，还是background
investigation
她竟然表现得不知道这些。只是说他们只是通话部门，不是处理部门。
俺一向知道移民局第一个接电话的p都不是，
就要求跟她的manager通话。俺说：

On May 29, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer
's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the
notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days
following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing
referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before
receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-
5283.
