发帖数: 46 | 35 我不知道锅和炉子对厨师有多重要。对于SDE，良好的开发平台是很重要的，试想如果
程序提交后就可以自动编译分段测试deploy到prod，省下来的大把时间都可以去设计新
的feature了，好的开发平台可以让SDE更focus在改进自己的service而不是一遍遍重复
没必要重复的琐事。而且即使换到另外一个组，换了编程语言，也不需要重新学习怎么
build，怎么deploy，对于新人也是有帮助的吧。
顺便纠正一点fantasist说的，deploy到Prod也不需要人工监控吧，如果metrics
monitor设置好的话。 :D

1. 组和组之间是用prod jar来联系的，如果你不理解，自己看看Apache foundation里
的project之间互相调用是不是直接编译对方source code。
2. prod release应该有固定的流程，比如应该有versioning - 这里指的是jar file
versioning。这里居然不release。
3. 他举的这个例子就是典型的扯淡。整个公司用一个perforce license的，50个dev
就能crash SVN server的， 你能指望啥？你觉得TwoSigma的HFT code会随便让其他组
checkin？你觉得Amazon的payment team的code会让随便一个瘪三checkin？你觉得
Google的Ads team的code会敞开来随便checkin？你觉得任何一家银行的trading code
应该敞开来给所有人都能checkin？这不叫cool，叫胡说八道。 business critical的
code，任何公司都捂得死死的。
常识，是每个码工应有的素养。 |

A是从今年一月开始变成MANAGER TRACK。 B很提拔A，B本来是我的直属MANAGER，基本

直接就把WEEKLY的1:1变成MONTHLY的。C是去年空降的，交流很少。第一次交流就是下

A喜欢PUSH 乱七八糟的活给我。B有一段时间也有活给我，他们之间不协调导致我的工
作进度很混乱，有一段时间我同时有四五个杂七杂八的TASK在推进。这其中有一个小
FEATURE，C亲自PUSH，因为他想要给CEO做DEMO，所以有一天过来直接问我多久能做完
（第一次交流）。A坐我附近，我还什么都没说，A就说他一天就可以做完。C就说那好
，明天结束之前我要看到。然后就走了。
所以我就开始做，结果当天傍晚时B突然找我，要我做另一个修改。我说这是一个不小
的修改，可能需要半天到一天时间，我可以做但是我需要等到A,C布置的项目做完后再
