during my OPT extension grace period?
My OPT expired at the begining of Aug.,and my OPT extension is being
procssed.
Is this risky for my wife to apply for an F2 Visa before my OPT extension

completed, and it has been transferred to the USCIS office at:
USCIS-NBC, PO Box XXXXX, Lee's Summit, MO 64064
That office will notify you when they schedule an interview on the

1. 如果LD的485批下来以后, 我还有多少时间可以决定是否follow to join? 总不至于
没有期限吧?
2. 那时我人在美国境外, 应该不是交485吧,而是Consular Procssing? 应该是哪个表
格?
3. 我交了Consular Processing之后用什么身份可以进美国? (目前我是用B1)
我们的情况不太多见,所以请知情的朋友分享一下信息. 多谢! |

repayment is automatically deducted. very easy. when I did it, it took a
little more than a phone call.
all interest on the loan (part of the deduction per pay period) goes into
your own 401k account. ur 401k admin may charge a small procssing fee but
that s about it.
there is one down side that is that the interest payment is by after tax
