因为家里小朋友的behavior problem， 最近才接触到这个名词。感觉以前很多行为都
被忽视了。 譬如：
**说话晚， 被认为每个孩子都是不一样的，尤其是男孩子。 再加上双语的环境， 理
解有困难。 其实这个也是其中的一个症状。
**脾气倔， 对某些食物、物体偏爱到极致， 行为也很固执。 姥姥的妈妈说姥姥小的
时候也脾气倔， 所以是“遗传”。
**小的时候， 曾经一段时间热衷于旋转东西，任何他可以拿到的东西，譬如姥姥的化
妆瓶， 譬如厨房的锅盖， 譬如。。。大人只是当时觉得很好玩，这么小的孩子那么会
转东西。
**小的时候，曾经有一段时间发脾气就拿头撞墙或撞大人。。。后来这个行为慢慢消失
了，大人也就把它当作成长中的一个阶段。

Evaluation，然后具体案例具体解决方案。
我女儿是Highly sensitive Children，两岁半的时候（去年9月）发现她怕触摸一些特
定的纹理，怕Swing，怕和别的孩子接触，然后去做Evaluation，结果是Touch和
Hearing Processing Disorder。 去年11月开始做OT,现在已经基本结束，完全变了样
，能和别的孩子一起玩了。
OT的费用是144/Hr，一共花了六千多吧。 |

pd是14年7月的，但是真心想马上就海归了，不想继续熬了。
毕竟从来没在国内工作过，心里有点忐忑，想留个后路，万一不喜欢再归海。
现在EB2的140批了，EB3的140应该下个月能批。非NIW
140批了以后B和F签证估计就困难了，现在考古发现有个东西叫consular processing，
有几个疑问
1. 最大的疑问就是，假如我申请了CP， 将来回美国的时候是不是需要I-140公司继续
雇佣我？我是小公司，这个怎么施行呢。很难想象老板愿意等我个一年半载的。
2. 当时申H1B和140的时候没有想马上海归，所以律师应该是按照AOS来申请的，转到CP
有人说要1年时间，有什么快的办法吗？

I am on a business trip at Germany. And the H1B visa application result
turns out to be "requiring administrative processing and/or additional
clearances". The consular officer did not require any more documentation
from me and just let me wait for their decision. The kept my passport. The
key code for the processing is 221 (g)
Anyone has any experience similar to me? How long usually the waiting would
be?

BTW，现在不想递交485拿绿卡，原因是觉得保卡很麻烦，每半年来一次美国太耗时间和钱
