业股份有限公司董事长，潜逃新西兰、被法轮功树为“英雄”的闫永明，近期被曝在奥
克兰的天空城赌场一掷数百万新元，在82分钟内就挥霍掉了将近500万新元。警方认为
闫永明很可能涉及洗钱。目前，闫永明已被列入中国追逃“红色通缉令”百人名单。凯

被判罪名成立的是37岁的杨姓女子(Oksana Yang)，皇家骑警昨日发出新闻稿称，在2009年5月27日，杨姓女子从温哥华国际机场搭机前往香港，但在经过温哥华机场时，被海关「选中」作进一步搜查，结果发现她携带等同12,914.32万加元的现金而并无申报。
新闻稿指出，根据加国防止洗黑钱及资助恐怖活动法(Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act)，任何人带超过一万元现金入境及出境并非犯法，但他们都必须向海关如实申报，此法的目的是，令通常以现金交易的犯罪分子，更难运送黑钱。

皇家骑警的这个分局坐落在404高速公路边上的一个工业区内。与周边其它单位不同的是，皇家骑警的院子被高高的铁丝网包围着，停车场里停满了几十辆盖着厚厚积雪的无警车标志的普通车辆，看上去已经很久未开动过，应该是他们平时使用的便衣车辆。就连访客车位也被铁丝网所环绕，庞大的建筑比通常的市级警察分局大十几倍。

加拿大联邦法院今年较早前的一项判决书透露案情，指2010年4月，经朋友介绍，温哥华一名刘姓女地产经纪向一名李姓男子汇款13.3万元，托其从美国佛罗里达州一家汽车零售商处购买一辆保时捷特殊车款。
4月30日，到温哥华的李，亲自向刘出示一份“银行证明”，“显示”汇款没有成功，已全数退回到她的户口，更表示自己已向零售商代付车款，要求刘以现金付还。尽管刘的银行否认其户口有返款，但见车心切的刘还是在当日豪掷13.3万元现金予李。
判决书指，第二日，李携13.1万元加币与1，195元美元，打算从温哥华飞往拉斯维加斯。逾13万元现金中，3万元用盖有蒙特利尔银行戳的纸袋捆好，其余的钱则散装在棕色塑料纸袋、衣服口袋和皮夹中。

子赔款，以及辛丑条约当中涉及德国的，对中国的种种“惩罚”，并归还租界，等等。
涉及德国对华直接赔款的问题，其实没有明说。只是在133条里面提到，在中国的德国
产业和侨民财产，（如果已被没收或洗劫），德国不得要求归还，德国侨民如果战时被
中国政府侵犯人权，也不许再悲愤（原文都是法律辞令，我这个翻译很粗略，版上学法
律的大牛可以来出手精译一下）。这也许就算是“赔款”。事实上，凡约这个东东，是
要立大牌坊的，即便是德国对英法的赔款，在书面上也是一笔一笔算出来的，比如哪里
毁了我东西，哪里花了我的军费，而不是直接拍脑袋说个数再讨价还价。
从上面讨论的条款来看，英法显然居心不良，德国不直接赔钱给中国，反倒默许中国去洗

先回答一个。在美国买房子，如果房子涨价了，还要交capital gain tax。这是与交易
税分开的。如果cash proceeds are immediately used for the next residental
property urchase,capital gain tax is waived. 各州具体不太一样。但capital
gain tax是有的。

至于说developed是指该国的市场经济发展程度，和你说的HDI其实也不矛盾，HDI共有
三个因子，其中之一就是GDP，所以和市场经济的关联度也很大。至于说为什么市场经
济程度高GDP就高，因为GDP本身就是为市场经济量身打造的指标了。比如说，计划经济
下不会那么浪费资源破坏环境，少花钱办大事，所以类似红旗渠啊成昆铁路两弹一星，
都不会体现在GDP上。
另外呢，Stephen A. Marglin@Harvard在The Dismal Science一书里也有过类似的表述
