，我打电话过去问，人家说到那当天就从那个邮局寄出去了。我又打到customer
service 他们什么也不知道, 说只能过两天才帮我查
现在买家说要去度假了，走之前收不到就cannot honor the transaction

check your bank account to find if money has been taken. Maybe incomplete
form delays their proccess. Last to make sure your mailing address is not
intenational center, which sometimes lack of responsiblity. Be more

"我出的价格卖家无法卖给我" 这个应该是说卖家欠的贷款高于你的offer.你通过经纪
人可以查到对方欠了多少钱或者问出来。代理觉得没戏，就没有在继续努力。
卖主是希望通过short sale来接受你的offer. 他一厢情愿，要很久才能做好这个
proccess.
经纪人都很忙，时间和精力有限，有时候分身乏术，没有照顾到您，我替他给你道歉了。 |

检查地址是我的旧地址还是新地址，发现钱已经被charged了，然后输入正确的地址，

交到processing center，然后又等了1个月去process，于是给我寄了张支票，结果支
票的数额还是错的（这process了一个月还弄出个错得，数额一半都不到）。我又打电
话回去argu，客服让我写信给irs claim这个数额不对的问题，于是我寄信过去等了两
周。现在还没有得到解释。。。。刚刚又打电话 让我等8-12周。。大家一定要有耐心
。。。。这真是持久战。。。
我又file了2014年的打了两次电话对方说没收到，我反复告诉她我是神马时候file的
这个时候如果没收到是不是要重新邮寄？在我的逼问下 对方仔细查让我hold了一会 说
文件找到了。然后又让我hold了一会 说她得领导不在 这个文件需要领导签字之后发送
给business department来proccess。大约一周后能发送过去，process 需要4-6周。。
到了这里，我也就知道了，每一步都必须向她求证具体时间和具体步骤，不然对方就是
各种不管事。。。只能继续等待，等下次再打电话。

I feel the 2nd photo is more interesting. As this is a high contrast photo,
with direct sunlight and shadow, camera will not act too well. Both details
