背景：凡是今年4月19号后renewal的Prime membership，都要收$99了(原来是$79)。我
是今年12月renewal，已经确认要收$99。
一下是我读了帖子的信息：回避多掏$20方法是：
1. 现在以目前$79价格买一个或多个"1 yr Amazon Prime Gift Membership" (https:/
/www.amazon.com/gp/prime/pipeline/prime_gifting_landing)
2. "End your membership" at Amazon(其实是not renewal，你如果现在是paid
membership，早结束Amazon也不会退钱的)
3. 选择在过期的时候发给自己（其实你马上拿到code也可以，都是redeem时候才生效
），并redeem
几个注意事项，有好有坏：
1。1yr Gift membership可以用Amazon GC买!
2。从wiki上看，如果接受人已经是prime，他们可以选择exchange成Amazon GC (so

好像LZ应该是没有通过Amazon Mom Membership，直接注册的Prime吧？
如果是通过Amazon Mom Membership获得的3个月的Prime shipping，之后是没有auto
renewal charge 79刀这一说的，到了3个月，如果消费额没有满25刀，Prime
membership自动停止，如果消费额满了25刀，则可以继续免费享用Prime一个月，再继
续消费，还可以继续享用，最终可以累积免费享用1年的Prime。 |

使用。
所以相比大家有很多新账户。
但是值得注意得是：大家每次买尿布，应该都注册了amazon mom, 这个计划会让享受3
个月
的免费amazon prime 服务， 可是，三个月过后呢，大家一定不要忘记取消这个amazon
prime
服务，否则就会被扣除79的年费。
还有虽然你买了超过25刀的东西，amazon prime 会自动延伸，但是由于账户很多，你
会忘记他的确切截止日期，所以建议大家，如果不再用这个账户买尿布或者孩子的东西
了，就赶紧
把amazon prime 这个服务停掉吧，以免遭受损失，毕竟大家都是为了省钱。
至于很多技术上面的东西，例如如何取消amazon prime, 请达人指教，我还没有尝试，
我只是突然想到这个问题，提醒大家一下，不要忽略了它。

小件，prime eligible的就卖7.99，不eligible的就卖2.99+4.99shipping(举个例子)
，而且很多不prime eligible的加上运费还便宜。
prime instant video也不是都免费，免费的是稍微老的。
所以对我来说绝不会花钱买这个membership。 |

年年感恩节吃火鸡吃的有点厌,今年决定改吃Prime Rib. 照着youtube上号称最简单的
做法，先500度烤半小时，然后放2小时，就这样简单。
抓了一块差不多6磅连骨的Prime Rib
用黄油拌了超市里买$0.99/袋的意大利香料，涂在肉上。黄油在微波炉里打10秒，软了
好拌。然后撒上Kosher 盐和一点Rosemary(有新鲜的最好）。盐要多些，全部盖满肉上
面和侧面
按照每磅5分钟，先在预热500度的烤箱里烤30分钟，然后放那2个小时，肉就变成这样了
切开后，哈哈哈。两边是Medium,中间的部分就是Medium Rare。Prime Rib要是烤过
Medium就过头了
配上些菜，除了Cream Spinach感觉还差点意思外，众吃货反映和Lawry's的差别不大
下回去搞块USDA Prime的肉来试试，看看是否会更好吃。 |

筒望远镜，70mm以下的，都是固定目镜。
这个Zen Ray在美国的代理是Charles Fu，四川人，我和他聊过几次，看得出来他是把
顾客满意放在第一位的。以前的几款产品，包括ED1-3都是没有序列号的，如果有问题
你寄回去都是直接给你换个新的。这Prime HD据说有序列号了，所以有可能不是直接换
了，不过保修肯定是没问题的，这可是他们的flagship产品。
我用过Nikon EDG, Zeiss Victory FL，在店里试过Swarovski Swarovision。Zen Ray
的ED3在很多方面（brightness, center resolution, field of view, ...)完全可以
和这些$2000+的产品相比。这个Prime HD是以Swarovski Swarovision为目标设计出来
的，光学方面肯定没问题。其他方面（handling, workmanship, etc.）据说较以前几

membership (which now includes free streaming video). They say you can't
currently have prime membership or have had a prime membership in the last
13 months, but my prime was canceled last month and I used that same account
and received the free one month membership. This is different than past
free offers because it now includes free streaming video.

thought was a great deal. I was in search of a 7 bone prime rib, Costco (
San Jose, CA on Automation Pkwy) had the "choice" grade out on display, I
asked the butcher if he had any "prime" grade, he checked in the back and
came out with one. It was marked "Beef Ribeye Whole Bone In Prime" @ $10.59
/lb.

borders的书。结果竟然自动分成两个order，然后来email说amazon产品要credit card
付，我的信用卡上钱不够，要去改。而那本书则在几分钟之内就shipping soon，不能
cancel了。
又用普通账号下类似一单，同一个amazon产品加另一本书，guess what,虽然也是要分
两个shipment,却是一个order#,用borders gc成功了。随后去prime账户cancel掉那个
amazon产品了。
这样看来，Borders GC好像不适合amazon prime下单，因为它可能为了快速起见，自动
generate multiple orders。各位的经验是不是这样呢？另外那本prime上买的filler
book，有没有什么办法退呢？（拒收？） |

stock，事实上没货。然后就一直delay。每次complain，amazon就说给我延一个月
membership，可问题是我等着那东西用呢，买prime不就是图两天到么。
最近想买几个小东西，发现都是add-on了，那有prime跟没有一样啊。
周六半夜1点买了个东西，上午9点看还没有shipping，就申请cancel。结果卖家很快说
cancel不了，然后看到商品到大晚上才被寄出来。。。

1 Account feeds 4 others. All you need is birth dates and email I believe.
Nothing major is given out. Its all pretty private. Once a group is formed
and everything is worked out, everyone paypals the "Parent" 16 dollars for
their share. You will not be added until your share is given to the "Parent"
. Once the parent receives everyones share, he/she purchases prime and sends
out the invites.
Prime will expire 1 year from when it was activated.

参与了版上人家prime owner 分享的Amazon Prime benefit，
但是账户里面没有任何显示，依然显示过期日期是3/19/2012。
也没有收到email confirmation什么的。
请问版上其他参与别人prime share的朋友，账户里面有什么
显示， 或者有什么类似email的confirmation吗？ |
