还有就是关于primary residence. 以前管理很松的，一个人有好几个primary
residence都没关系。但是近来管理越来越严。我听说了好几例各种各样的case，因为
claim primary residency,最后贷款出了问题。听说的最严重的一个例子，是buyer同
时买了两个房子，找了不同的agent，把两个房子都做成primary resident.两边都顺利
做下来了，结果两个银行同时把贷款卖给了Fannie mac, 然后一下子就查出来了。银行
马上要求buyer把在短期内把loan amount payoff, otherwise就forclosure这个房子。
然后银行不相信做贷款的loan agent不知道buyer另外一栋房子也做了primary
resident, 要把那个loan agent告上法庭，估计银行也损失了很多钱。同时那个银行把
loan agent所在的brokage suspend了，brokage在那个银行pipeline里面的贷款全部都

果被告知 买iphone后的AT&T账单上 account primary holder 和信用卡必须要是同一
个人才行，两个对上了，才能报，不然不给报。如此说来，这个卡自动排除了 AT&T
share plan, family plan的用户。 害得我空欢喜一场，看来要把卡退掉了。
Update: 吃螃蟹太早，还是太折腾了。 刚才不死心，又打了一遍电话给citi,这次
agent 的答案跟上次不一样。他说不需要是primary holder, 如果有这个要求应该也是
att 的要求，从 citi角度 需要两个条件：前3个月 花 2000，通过收到的link 在 att
买过手机。 这些都可以从卡里看到，他们不需要核对att的bill.
现在我的感觉是 每个客服掌握的尺度不太一样，问题的关键是citi 到底需不需要核对

alter table T add primary key (id); will create a primary key on id column,
in the meantime, it will also creat a uniq index on that id column.
You can create a unique index for id column on table T as below:

However, unique index column can be NULL.
Therefore, Unix index doesn't equal to primary key.

但是发现20年旧的老房子住着不舒心，电费还奇贵
今年在附近又买了一个new construction，申请的也是primary home
刚搬进去近1个月。
算起来在第一套房子那里也刚住了1年。
现在第一套房子出租出去了，insurance改成rental insurance
也通知邮局把寄到第一套房子的信转寄到新房子。
这两天连着收到第一套房子贷款公司的mail。
第一封信说他们从USPS得知我改地址了，要我确认新地址，好以后跟我联系
第二封信说他们注意到我的home insurance取消了，要求我提供新的insurance，否则
他们会给我强加一个insurance。

结果前天发现dripping pan里有水。切开pvc,里面没问题。没有接primary pvc时，
secondary 也滴水。量了一下水平，（drain 在前面，primary 在右侧，seondary左侧
靠中），前低后高，左右平。
我的推测： 1）前后坡度太大 2）左右坡度不够 3）housing没问题， 但是 coil没放好
昨天公司来人，也不听我解释，硬说primary drain堵了，吹了半天只有一些debris,结
果接上还是滴水。说是左右坡度不够，但是要两个人才可以做。又要重新预约。

SPG是Amex的卡，注册一下就可以提供primary insurance，但是每次租车都要付大概$
25，长期租车就会比较合算。
你的citi卡都不是primary insurance。不过如果你自己的车险是半保，也就是没有
collision和comprehensive的话，Visa和mastercard信用卡的保险（一般都是
secondary保险）就会用得上。 |

現都沒問題。換到Oracle最頭疼的一個問題就是居然沒有if exists也沒有insert
ignore之類的。一個簡單的insert都沒有辦法避免primary key violation。網上搜了
一下，都說是要在application code這邊catch exception。可是如果我做的是batch
insert，其中任何一個insert造成primary key violation都會讓整個batch失敗。
這麼簡單的一個事居然沒有一個簡單的辦法解決。覺得不可思議啊！
