但是，沙特的王室要花天酒地，国民也习惯了各种福利，
各种政府预算。
如果政府不想倒台，各种福利，维稳费用，都要加到石油上面。
20美元一桶的原油，只要坚持1年， 我看沙特就够呛。

沙特现况
OPEC的最大产油国沙特阿拉伯现在为了因应长期的低油价，7年来首次发行债券来弥补
财政赤字，分析师预期沙特将持续发行债券，而且会趁现在还有能力发放时尽快完成。
欧亚集团[0.71% 资金 研报](Eurasia Group) 全球能源和原物料主管Greg Priddy 表
示，沙特明年一定会发行更多债券，因为政府的预算是以油价每桶100美元来制定，沙
特现在的借贷规模还算稳定，但若长期维持这种借贷规模仍会造成麻烦。
沙特是非常低成本的产油国，原油每桶开采成本低于10美元，但原油开采的补贴费用很
