Identity question is always a question for us once we moved to the States.
The things that American are fancy about are not necessarily the purpose of
our stay here in the first place. But somehow we are lost.
btw, $5 for a slice of pizza+soda is still quite pricey. $3.25 will be a
good deal, which is quite common near school area I think

You may try the following for Internet:
1. Comcast or Charter HSI (cable)
2. ATT (DSL): you can order DSL only without phone service
3. Clear (WiFi)
Service wise, neither of the former two are good, the last is a new comer so
I really don't know.
Price wise, the last looks attractive for now. Comcast is the most pricey. |

Target store and fancy shopping malls. other pros include: on-site laundry,
central AC, indoor pool.
but seems too pricey for me (2 yrs ago when I was checking it out)
considering their not-so-new indoor fixtures (such as bathroom sink bowl or
similar stuff).
btw: does it really bother, in general if a community has a large Indian
population, even though most of them living there are well-educated and
having decent jobs? |

American family was highest ranked but pricey, travelers was the worse price
and high pressure sales (personal experience), ended up with state farms,
but the agent left Statefarm afterwards, so can't really recommend it. My
mortgage broker also recommended one, you can check with your broker and
agent.
