generate the candidates’ scores. Pretest questions are not scored; instead,
candidates’ responses to these

pretest probability 在去年的Board 复习录像MEDSTUDY里还在强调，不应该过时吧？
我自己还是挺喜欢的，不过查房时提过，却没人理我这碴，郁闷。
D-dimer本来就是rule out不是用来rule in的。是啊，如果阴性了万事大吉；如果阳性
了，虽然说没什么帮助，但总有可能是因为PE而阳性呢，按我们这的惯例，就必需进一
步做CT-angio 或V/Q scan。所以，我们如果临床考虑low pretest probability，可又
不想多事的话，就把D-dimer省了，就此打住。
倒是high pretest probability 时候，假如肾不好，或者别的什么原因不能做CT-
angio，那还不如做个D-dimer赌一把，万一D-dimer阴性呢，那就理所当然地rule out
PE, 把CT-angio省了。

那个echo sign叫谁的名字来着？我们好像半年多以前热过一阵，可现在没人提了，所
以连名字都记不住了，都没法查。好像是敏感性很低的，但特异性还行，所以阳性了比
较支持抗凝，但阳性不多见。对吗？
不知道为什么，我们这儿pretest probability从来没人提，我还是看MedStudy看来的
。好用么？
d-dimer我们实在没法喜欢，因为假阳性太多了。如果临床pretest probability (我猜啊)很低了的话，我们就不愿做d-dimer。因为做出来太可能阳性了。当然也知道多半是假阳性
，但是下一步怎么办呢？又不能视而不见，最后还得做V/Q scan。 |

这个暴力，当然是言语，情感暴力，还不至于physically abuse 校长：）
开门见山，我就说孩子班级的总总事件，是可忍，孰不可忍？
本来以为校长会deny,不料人家马上承认：孩子班级上的事，确实unreasonable,can
not be tolerated.
重拳打进棉花堆，我这个伪暴力分子进退两难， 愣了半天，又问：你有什么计划改变
现有惨烈状况？
校长又回答说：没有计划。然后沉默，只是我的双眼。沉默的力量是巨大的。

另外还有game bible, game bible setup, logic bible等。题的答案都有，但解释只
有电子版。
