发帖数: 4013 | 19 昨天看了意大利的关于防守的帖子 回去实验了一下 说说感想
我定了2套设置，一套的高压迫的pressure和aggressive都是80多，另一套低压迫的都
是20多。都是cover。另外高压迫的speed shoot啥的都调高了一点，低压迫的相对低一
点点。
我的感想是，什么时候用何种压迫策略跟对手的强弱有关：简单把对手分成3类，比你
强，弱，或者和你差不多。高压迫适合于和你差不多的对手比赛时用，比你强很多或者
弱很多的人，低压迫比较有效。
理由是：高压迫的人冲的太猛，后卫有时候会失位置，但好处就是逼的紧了，对手经常
丢球，我控球率上来了，反击也多。跟水平差不多的人打，高压迫比较好，因为他水平
没那么高，猛扑过去一般就丢球了～反而有时候我用低压迫战术，控球率只有30%多，
拿不到球，而且后卫太靠后，也不上抢，很被动。不过跟高手打的时候，还是低压迫吧
。。因为高手的牛逼之处在于能利用一切可能的空档创造机会，用高压迫的话有时候会
死的很惨。而和比自己弱的人打的时候，低压迫就足够了，因为低压迫阵型很稳固，而
且你觉得他水平不如你，你不需要高压迫就能轻松抢到球，组织进攻啥的～另外，我一

RB队友抢，因为有时候我小角度转几次转身，对手依然判断准确把球抢下。
一脚出球非常不准确，后位就别提了，Midfielder和前锋经常等球，有时球速很快也被
对方半路断下。
现在练的只有CR Chop和dummy在对方禁区前用成功过几次。不知道还有什么skill实用
。我用Body feint then exit in anther direction在practice mode成功率都不高，
所以几乎不敢用。
另外，对方进攻时我即使用high pressure,还是给对方太多空间。 |

镜就出门了. 就是正式场合的时候才拾掇拾掇, 那段时间化妆品用得奇慢.
现在来到大农村工作, 没有华人,一水比我个头高的白人, 我167的个子100斤, 在这属
于娇小型, 吐血...行了也更不用打扮了,眼睛描得再大也没人家大, 鞋穿得再高也没人
家高, 所以完全没有shopping的动力, 继续用以前国内工作时候的衣服对付一下即可.
虽然带过来不多, 倒也算精挑细选出来, 还有同事凑过来研究我的衣服,汗. 目前peer
pressure基本为零, 因为没法把白人当peer.好吧,省钱.就不知道这样下去,将来回国,
人得土成什么样.
大农村的女生们有没有这种感脚? |

我怀疑白人和其他有色人种的差别源于：
环境改变了基因的表现，并且使其永恒化。
所以貌似基因变了，而只是基因的表现变了。
环境的原因是:
1。较寒冷的气候，阳光较少，肤色色素逐渐失去。
2。身体需要阳光制造维他命D，所以户外活动较多。
3。寒冷天气也使人个子变大，增加体积有利保温。
4。牛奶和乳类食品，以及肉类，是餐饮的重要成分。
5。以上因素，使白人皮肤变白，爱户外活动，高个子。
所以动物里，牛，尤其是乳牛，对白人的基因影响很大。
天然（即有机）牛乳，对人的头脑和精神非常有益。
牛乳有缓解压力，降低血压的作用，又有助于睡眠。
牛乳能使人沉着，冷静，放松，有益思考和减少浮躁。
除了对身体非常有营养，牛乳会改变一个人的脾性。
如果想多心平气和，淡定，放松，建议多喝有机牛乳。

如果炉内温度压力太高，就会打开放水，释放压力,相当于高压锅的那个压力保护阀
那天听小乐的建议放了water heater底部的陈水, 结果第二天发现没热水了，原来是火
灭了，研究了半天终于把火点着了，之后就发现炉子下面一直有水，仔细观察了是从这
个阀门漏的，开关了一下漏的更厉害了，必须马上要换了， 去homedopt买回来配件管
钳，Teflon tape 开始更换。
第一步， 先把煤气开关放到 pilot上， Pilot的意思就是那个小火苗，开关放到pilot
上炉
子只有火种，不供气不让锅炉燃烧，这样完了就不用再点火了。
第二步，放水， 这个不需要图了。关进水阀门，打开炉子底部放水阀门，同时打开这
个温压保护阀门，要把水面放到低于这个阀门，听到呼噜呼噜从这方面进气的声音就是
差不
多了。
第三部， 取下铜管，简单：
第四步， 用管钳拿下旧阀门，阀门已经被腐蚀的差不多了，难怪漏水，那个洞里面也
很脏， 用手指简单的清理了一下。
