as i said, it's well written on the official website
if u can't read yourself, i strong suggest u re-review the documents you
prepard....it's not a sarcasm; it's a truthful suggestion
can't imagine a person who can't read instruction can prepare the documents
well for a 485 application

2/15 update:
这两天病人有点发烧，肺部有感染，应该是呼吸机的原因，今天早上烧退了，下午又起来了。
有陈姓老中医前来探望，举了一些各种各样恢复的例子，给家属增加信心。
还有一些其他的医生前来探望。
赞一下extremebudda 和Epoxy, 各送了一个ATT prepard 手机过来
再赞一下凯旋宫，主动提出提供一个月他家四口的午饭。今天家属吃了第一顿，说很好吃，而且太多了吃不完。
对了，要赞一下nikeman,这两天交给他负责，我就放心的睡懒觉了
我也开始贪污了，留在王家一起吃晚饭，吃到了香香的东北老乡送过来的卤牛肉，好久
没吃过这么香的卤牛肉了。//blush
