宝宝外公外婆3月2号签证，被要求fax宝宝在上daycare的证明。我们马上fax过去了，
为了怕fax没有收到，还另外email了他们。今天收到护照上面盖了一个章子 CANCELLED
WITHOUT PREJUDICE，请问一下这个是什么意思呀？是补充材料没有收到还是就是据了
就是这个章子？谢谢大家了。对了这个章子是盖在了2006年他们visa上面的。再次感谢！ |

一、护照持有人会疑虑，CWOP是否影响到下一次的签证？
美国国务院是这样解释的：CWOP是“当签证有错误，或者它是重复签证之时，使领
馆所加盖的印记。它不影响护照上其他签证的有效性。它不意味护照持有人得不到另一
次的签证。”
二、那麽，护照持有人在下一次办签证被询及之时，是否应提到签证曾被“注销（
cancelled）”？
CWOP意味签证是在合理的理由下被注销了，并不是由于欺骗或某种非法的理由而被
注销。所以在填写申请签证表格之时，应该说明该次签证被注销，但是属于“无损”性
质的注销。移民律师建议申请人简单地说明为什麽会被注销。 |

有CWOP字样，只是以前从来不知道是什么意思，所以理都没理。。。
另外罗嗦一句，黑章确实是三个单词“Cancelled Without Prejudice”，不是两个。
老父亲看到这黑章紧张地很，这下不用着急了。
