我29了
头一年避孕，第二年开始要孩子，一直都没有怀孕
一直没怀孕我们其实本来觉得还好，只是最近双方爸妈开始急了（我爸妈和我们还住在
一起）。春节的时候，奶奶打电话给我，要我赶快生一个（我和奶奶很亲，最近一个叔
叔得了癌症，快不行了，奶奶在照顾，她从来没有要求我过什么，这是她的第一个要求

最近我们开始去医院检查，老公先检查，基本精子检查时，95%精子的形状都是
abnormal，其他(数量以及速度)大致正常，家庭医生又让他查了血，结果也大致在标准
范围内，然后refer给专科医生。专科医生说可能是over-heated，又查了一遍血，结果
和上次差不多，专科医生也没说什么，然后就不理我们了。家庭医生看专科医生没有音

insurance which usually covers pre-existing conditions like pregancy. if LZ
wants to buy individual health plan for his wife, pregancy is considered as
pre-existing condition and as far as I know, most insurance company will not
cover it.

少的过法。我只介意感情对不对。可是婚姻，我不知道没有物质基础，能不能远离那些
烦人的琐事。。

chemo after the first trimester. Surgery is also a reasonable option.
Radiatio is a no, no anytime during pregancy. But without knowing your exact
staging, it is hard to make any constructive suggestion. I am not aware of
any study to suggest longterm damage to kids whose mother had chemo for
breast cancer dduring pregnancy. I don't think you should wait until
delivery for yoru brest cancer treatment. You need to be there |

endocrinologist needs to work together for pregnant women with thyroid
problem. during the pregnancy, your level of thyroid hormone keeps changing,
so you need to do blood test every month for the first 6 months of pregancy
. thyroid hormone supplement needs to be adjusted accordingly.

医生的看法可能是从临床经验看glyburide没有什么副作用。但这种观点实际上缺乏严
格设计的对照试验进行验证。有无可能许多中药就处于这种情形？
Insulin属于pregnancy category B，没有明显副作用的结论比较确定。但一些新型
insulin反而好像又归于pregancy category C,因为缺乏足够的试验。
临床上理论，试验和实际的关系，真是很复杂。
用insulin得每天打针。好像需要些勇气啊。 |
