C型的小一点，不过只能垫一边（要么前面要么后面），可能要多一个枕头辅助。
我用的是U型的，这样腰和肚子都能垫到了，有了它我才能睡好。但是因为是整个人躺
在枕头中间，有的人可能觉得翻身不方便，还会觉得热。另外体积很大，床得Queen
size或以上才行，我LG那时就觉得跟一只船在一起睡觉，呵呵。 |

有动静。38周mucous plug掉了。38.5周检查，OB说，3cm, almost 4, definitely
next week。过了一周没有任何风吹草动。39.5周见OB， 她见了我说，“I am
surprised you are still preganant”。说可以下个周末催产。我们天天在医生马上
就有可能开始生产的恐吓中渡过。因为第三个了，真怕过程快了，去医院都来不及。
我聪明的老爸给出了个主意：他让我在医院门口转悠，一发现情况就赶紧进去找医生。我想，

prescribed me some type of cream to put in. I forgot the name. It needs to
be used for 7 days or 3 days (high dosage one).
I later failed my glucose test. OB said that might have something to do with
my yeast infection. So I suggest you start to control your diet from now.
Eat less rice, bread, potato,... Drink more water. |

or lose it。刚好又发现自己怀孕鸟，高兴得嘞，准备把钱全用在咱未来宝宝身上，大
家有什么好的经验/建议么？
我自己查了半天FSA的网站找到的一下几个可以花钱的地方，抛砖引玉，大家一起探讨
下？
1. Prenatal vitamin: 这个可以一下把10个月的全买了。。。留着慢慢吃，反正不过
期。非Rx的各大药房都有。我的OB还给我开了一种Rx的vitamin，那个好像贵一点，不
过我看了半天成分没看出有什么大的不同，除了B6高一些。
2. Prenatal Classes：这种在医院的课程也可以用的，不过时间紧了一点，恐怕在
deadline前报上有点来不及。不过还是可以用今年放进去的钱的。
3. Breast pump: 这个我看到了挺激动的，好像有些很贵的。不知道jms有什么推荐品
牌吗？这个可以是一大笔好去处。
4. Glasses: 我看到孕妇不太适宜戴隐性眼镜了，所以准妈们可以去配一副框框眼镜。

我每天至少两杯奶（普通杯子，比量杯大）+1杯酸奶+1到2片cheese
牛奶当水喝好了，渴了就喝
如果只是偶尔抽筋，不一定是缺钙，我这么爱喝牛奶早晨也抽过几次，我觉得是平躺着
睡压迫血液循环了。你搜搜preganancy + leg cramping，有好多种原因的。 |

很是开心。
现在算来快第五周了，医院要下个礼拜去做preganancy test，然后选OB，六月初（估
计是八周的时候第一次看OB）。
小经验：
1. 黑豆糯米粥，每天小火熬3个小时，隔三差五地喝一碗，或者就当早饭
2. 热水泡脚。我是南方人，每次痛经厉害，中医说严重宫寒，调理好了才有。
3. 有吃乌鸡白凤丸调月经，医生阿姨说吃三个月。吃到第三个月中的。
问题：
除了试纸每天加深很明显，早上醒得早喝和有点头疼外，没有任何其他症状。正常吗？
肚子老饿，一饿就头昏眼花
各位姐姐妹妹来说说？

gather the cases of preganant mother with daily dose of viread and performed
statistic analysis on the birth defect rates comparing with normal
pregnancy. They updated result every year. So far, The number of gathered
cases are relatively small but the birth defect rate is similar level as
normal pregnancy. My ob even suggest breast feed. But the specialist suggest

这是第二次做IVF了，第一次没有成功，非常的受打击。
这一次小心翼翼，不敢乱吃不敢乱动的，做了3-day transfer,
放了两个号称是最高quality的小家伙进去，然后就是漫长的等待。
今天算是day 12了 - blood test安排在后天周四。
今天早上终于忍不住还是做了个home preganency test,
很兴奋的看到了一条不算很faint的粉线(一共两条)。
在网上看了无数的帖子，到底也没看到个结论。反正如果现在
是negative,也不一定不成功；但是现在是positive,是不是几乎
一定就是成功了呢？
有没有有经验的jjmm分享一下？

still believe the quality of life is very different with 1 or 2 or 3 kids.
As long as you make decision for your 2 kids's benefit, I don't think you
will regret at all.
In my situation, I already regret to have 2 kids now...as I don't have
enough time for my elder daughter to love her and teach her etc. In addition
, I have to bring my mother or my in-law here every 6 months which is also a

今天我和住院医生见了面，大致情况就是差不多的稳定，这周五要给他检查脑内的出血
是否好转或者减轻。他妈妈的奶水也比之前的多了。昨天只有几滴，今天早上2ml到5ml
，再到10多ml.这是我这两天来最大的安慰了。他很喜欢添他妈妈的初乳，我今天用棉
签沾满他妈妈的初乳放到他小嘴里，他的小舌头就不停在那里动啊动，既为他觉得可怜
又感到这个小生命和我们天然的一种连带。护士叫我用手握着他的小头和小腿，像在妈
妈肚子里一样的动作，那样他会感觉踏实一些。我给他英文名叫Forrest， 希望他像阿
甘一样活得坚强和踏实。今天护士问我为啥要取这个名字，我如是回答她。NICU的护士
都很nice,她们工作也很辛苦。所以以后Forrest要是有机会的话，应该要好好感谢照顾
他的护士和ICU的工作人员。[4/30]

you are preganant, and get the vaccine after delivery of the baby. Then baby
can get antibody from your milk for the first several months. Also, since
baby will get the first shot when he/she is 2 months old, if you are sure

baby stay inside house and no contact with outside people so the risk should

，因为11月生娃，9月开学上课挺吃力的，结果ISSS的人说移民局规定regular
preganency不算medical condition，一定要有certain complication才算。所以lz最
好去学校问清楚，然后再跟自己的ob谈。

your wife have. The immigration doctor will waive any vaccine which has the
antibody. Then ask your wife's OB doctor to give a letter to say your wife
is preganent and cannot take any vaccine and X-ray. Send the 485, then the
USCIS will ask the RFE to request the vaccine and x-ray again. But it may
happen after several months. I did this. |
