case不强也不算很弱。 自己一个人弄很辛苦。幸亏有本版的帮助， 从对绿卡一无所知
到最后交上去， 花了半年。 虽然中间有点enjoy, 但消耗了很多时间。几点体会：
1。 攒 (review, reference, renpin)
review文章也辛苦， 半年攒了25篇。开会就套瓷， reference 弄了一个美国院士，
两个皇家学会会员， 另加欧日若干。 editor的信， 也攒着， 如果editor是大牛，
更好吹。
2。 挖。 绿卡感觉就是如何挖掘自己的亮点。 天天google自己， 有一天居然发现发
炸药奖的机构有人用自己的文章作Journal club, 然后接着找啊， 找， 发现有另一个

因为自己准备的niw材料，并于3个月后批了，自己因此信心倍增。开始想自己准备eb1a
,后来学校帮着办EB1b,就只好找律师。可后来觉得，自己付出了99%，律师只是帮着最
后整理和邮递，还要自己不停的催促。
材料准备大概1个月，推荐信在原来niw 原来的基础上进行加工，并重新签字。包括：
美国4封，国外3封。都是我准备草稿，对方直接签字。（觉得自己英文太好了）。
petition letter是律师给的稿，自己把骨架留着，从新把自己的内容加入进去。大概

背景：不到10篇文章，不到100引用，不到30 review， 基础理科非生物专业
决定申请NSC EB1A时也觉得自己背景不强，抱着死马当活马医的心态开始申请的。从版
上学到很多，因为硬件不强，材料的挖掘和组织就尤其重要，有几点心得和大家分享：
1. 文章数量不多，强调质量，杂志都很好，cover article，在exhibit list里把
journal paper和conference abstract放在一起，显得数量上多一些。
2. 引用数量不多，PL中只提到一次绝对的引用数量，把重点放在本学科内的比较，如
exhibit list里列出的，Top % by ISI， Top % in Google search, 有来自多少的领
域的多少位科学家在多少本杂志上引用了我的工作等。

过去30天看见好多EB1B的战友被0002和0214 NOID，我也预感不好，今天公司律师告诉
我收到NOID(其实已经过去好几天了），算了下只有20天出头的时间准备材料。
申请的背景如下：
1. PhD，业内大公司R&D Engineer，分析化学背景，偏冷的仪器领域。
2. 一共7篇journal，其中5篇一作。3篇1作和另外2篇不是一作发表在Analytical
Chemistry上（领域top期刊）。
3. 推荐信7封，一封来自导师，一封合作教授，一封公司研发部VP，其他4封是
independent，分别来自美国，英国（2封），瑞典。
4. 提交的时候引用77个，现在89个。
5. 会议oral presentation 4次，poster 1次。
申请的情况：
公司一直用Fragomen的律师，申请过程中感觉水平不行，我自己早期把关了RL（现在看
来是没写好没突出重点）和后期自己按版上的完全重写了PL（自己感觉写的还可以，感
觉IO没看）。
律师的PL claim了4项，只有7页。我后来删减到了3项，扩孔到15页，涵盖很多大家常
