有sense/感性有analysis/分析做大方向的support.
我认为基于perm的分析基本上都会偏差很大,
所以不perm分析作为一个"佐证"/reference是好的,
但作为直接证据就不是那么靠谱.
最好的data是扫号结果+季度性的cis实批报告.
其实现在各位坛友可有稍微休息几天,
静静脑子等4月份的数据.
一来4月份是2nd half of 费用2012,
二来4月份的官方data会比较有实质意义,
三来4月的扫描结果更能说明a)批了多少;b)比例多少;c)有木有2009爆绿的.
现在有2008年底不少爆绿的(rd靠前).
如果2008.3.14后的(jan filers)绿了1/3~1/2甚至1/4,
那么即使倒退也会很快回来,
为什么?
pd2007的(pwmb)再多也多不到那里(<10k),
2008的如果绿1/4-1/3那么很说明前途在哪里.
如果万一,我说万一啊,有2009的不小心绿了,
那就比较乐观.
偶以前分析perm后来干脆看都不看了,
因为perm到140到485的中间variables太多.

October Visa Bulletin is expected to be released soon. But some unconfirmed
sources of information indicates that EB-2 cut-off India may move as far
back as upto 2006 but it can move back to earlier cut-off date July 2007 at

In Jan 2003, the so called non-partisan GAO predicted strong recovery of
economy, at least in term of unemployeement.
Guess what, whoever economists plus politicians on, of course including
Greenspan, all sweared the recovery would only be better than GAO predicted.

再者， 你说的是西药的毒性有predicability， 但是能预测和毒性小是两回事情。
其次， 中药本身是种药， 会不会残害国人，还是取决于人怎么用它。 用更科学的方
法养殖，测量，很多问题可以避免。
最后，中国人要是真被中药残害了5000年，估计也就没有你了 |
