and normall not cooked by the stores.
I'm wondering if there is anyplace to buy part of the turkey,even better if
it's freshly roasted. |

发帖数: 96 | 6 特意上来留个言，说一下自己的经历。我是从儿子三岁开始独自带他的，他爸爸只有周
末在家。我不是postdoc,但是工作很忙，一般在公司从9点到6点，晚上加班一两个小时
，可能时间上没有你忙。如果你工作相对稳定，小孩子身体比较健康的话，我觉得可以
试试。
几点经验：
1. 建立routine,包括睡觉吃饭洗澡玩玩具。我一般是下班后一个小时之内完成做饭
吃饭收拾厨房。做饭的时候小孩自己玩玩具，我一边做饭一边跟他聊天。吃饭之后跟他
玩一个小时，鼓励（大肆口头表扬）让他自己收拾玩具。然后清水shower10分钟搞定。
小孩睡觉后工作一两个小时。刚开始比较难，花的时间比较多，建立routine之后会越
来越省心。
2. 对小孩耐心，不大喊大叫，但是不娇惯。他生气的时候让他自己冷静下来，再跟
他讲道理（唐，无数次）
3. 注意小孩饮食，争取做一些简单有营养的饭，否则体重身高会比较落后。我一般
是蒸米饭，炒饭，面条，一荤一素。荤菜一般是操作简单的 shrimp or chicken. 周
末会卤菜。每个星期买外卖或者precook的快餐一两次。平时让小孩多喝奶，吃cheese

ＲＥＢＡＴＥ 有很多种的， 不同的州有时候要求不同， 有些州的法律规定啤酒

发帖数: 1189 | 8 感恩节没吃上火鸡大餐，一直耿耿于怀，终于趁圣诞放假了却了心愿，烤了人生第一只
火鸡（以前买的precooked不能算）。参考了私房三位大虾和IRON CHEF MICHAEL SYMON
的方子。火鸡事先拿half gallon apple cider,white vinegar,seasalt,brown sugar
and water 浸泡40 小时（猴父子真是坑爹啊一个brining bag要10刀，最后省钱用了1
刀多的baking bag来泡。烤前melt butter with fresh sage,thyme and rosemary,刷
遍全身。为了避免胸肉干柴，烤的时候用浸泡了香料黄油的纱布覆盖火鸡胸。纱布取的
晚了点造成颜色不均，成品卖相差了点，味道嘛也算皮脆肉嫩，领导喜欢turkey
breast胜过腿肉,老妈觉得象盐水鸭，总的来说相当成功。说火鸡不好吃的，那是没吃
过好吃的火鸡，呵呵。
顺便贴两张其他菜，墨鱼大烤（懒得洗砧板，就在盘子里划拉了几刀，有点破相），味
道一流。烂糊肉丝，怀念食堂菜啊。还整了法式焦糖蛋奶布丁，葡式蛋塔，这个节过的
还满有收获。 |

两，真空包装。回家扔入沸水，热一下，开包即食。一包在香港超市卖约5刀，小贵，
不过在家过过小酒，比餐馆吃舒服。 |
