precedence only decides how operators match with operands, not the order
they are evaluated.
You are correct that the precedence of postfix is higher than dereference.
But that only tells you *d++ should be *(d++) but not (*d)++. This does not
conflict with the fact that postfix is evaluated after the statement.

这个query在sqlserver没法run, 因为tsql里边有partition by, 但是用sum就不能
order, 也

guideline, precedent這些在內。 羅馬法是一個從王政，共和，帝國一路發展下來的
法律體系。他的consititution部分就是包括principle, guideline precedent在內的
不成文法。這是對後世民主制度，政治制度影響最大的部分，也是這座樓要討論的命題
。例如separation of powers, election, veto等等，至今在很多國家，包括美法日意
等國，都是上溯至羅馬法。
我一路用羅馬共和這個詞，是簡稱羅馬共和國，如果你這都看不出來，我沒話講。

主要发起组织80-20亚裔教育基金会向大家介绍了这篇文书的起草和递交的一些具体情
况：
“二月时，美国最高法院同意受理Fisher vs. University of Texas (德州大学) 关
于高校录取学生时把“族裔”作为考量之一这种做法是否违宪。事实上，因为亚裔家庭
一般很重视孩子的教育，所以亚裔孩子普遍比较优秀。于是许多名校一看考生是亚裔就
人为地增高了录取门槛。例如要入同一所名校，亚裔录取生的SAT要比西裔和非裔高三
，四百分。
“80-20基金会今年三月时组织了一个美籍亚裔的民调来考量亚裔是否支持法院来取消

This proves the lawyer for Officer Liang is either an idiot or working with
the prosecution.
All he needed to do at grand jury was to cite this precedence and have
Officer Liang cry about how he guilt ridden he felt, and was looking for his
more senior partner for support after shooting, it would probably have
convinced the jury that it was an accident.
Instead, he advised Liang to not appear in front of Grand jury, and
obivously didn't cite the precedence. |

人对华人游行的不满和要求的。这个律师大概是好心，但是被别人这样利用操纵就太幼
稚了。我来回答黑人，请孟律师转交给他们。
1） 白人杀黑人不用负责，所以中国人杀黑人也不需要负责？
美国所有法律是由法庭来阐释的，所以美国的法律有案例法，precedent law: (
Precedent Definition: A case which establishes legal principles to a certain
set of facts, coming to a certain conclusion, and which is to be followed
from that point on when similar or identical facts are before a court.)
因此，后继的案子必须要follow先前的案例。正因为这样，黑人才抗议，因为根据先例
