40 kg。其它参加试验的病人都不同程度地减轻体重。而且最重要的是 Zhao 本人身体

PREBIOTIC的新奶粉，COSTCO在促销老版的，每罐减3刀。我们家孩子两种都吃，兼一点
点母乳，大便有时黄，有时发绿。我觉得这两种奶粉半斤八两，都差不多啦。 |

daughter (two years old)coughed a lot about 3 months ago and I gave her
antibiotics but not very effective. She also tends to throw up after
coughing. But after I gave her the formular 1 or 2 times a day, she got
better and better and finally recovered. I guess the prebiotics in the
formular helped. Right now, I still let her drink formular once a day
although she has no coughing now.

发帖数: 96 | 12 Reflux有两方面需要控制。一方面胃酸涌上来，宝宝会肠胃疼。像prevacid之类的药是
减少胃酸的，这要宝宝不会那么不舒服。另一方面，即使吃了药，胃不疼了，食物（奶
）还是要涌上来的。严重的时候，宝宝可能吃下去的都全吐出来，这样对健康不利。
要减少宝宝的痛苦，就吃药。
要防止奶翻上来，可以试试：
如果是母乳的话，可以在母乳里面加thickener。很多人往里面加rice cereal, corn
starch之类的。除非你的宝宝喝奶喝得飞快，不然母乳里面的amylase会把starch降解
掉，这样就没有效果了。
奶粉可以考虑买加了rice starch的，像Enfamil的A.R. 这个要注意买他们的新配方，
里面加了prebiotics，这样宝宝不会便秘。
喂奶的时候尽量让宝宝upright，不要躺着。
少量多餐。
趁宝宝放松的时候喂他。用white noise也好，奶睡也好。总比不吃要好。
好消息是，最终是会outgrow的，一般6到8个月。 |

现在大概孕六周，这个还能吃吗？里面含有vitamin A（beta carotene）2000IU，
Vitamin C 27mg，Vitamin E 13.5IU。因为孕期已经在吃维生素了，会有重复吗？孕妈
