transaction，然后选个时间段。
不过，如果你的交易（付款日期经过45天后）没法要求退款了。
正确的做法是： 收到货物不满意的话,认为是次品的话，在45天内
可以直接在ebay上dispute，要求退货退款，这个不需要卖家同意，
ebay会做公证判决。
如果你的交易时间太久了，就没有办法了 |

有unpaid strike，新帐号的话里面就会被关帐号。
应该多几个账户，（最好是老账号拍，不要是新注册的新帐号）拍他的商品，
然后统统投诉他卖假货，然后要求退货退款，这种情况ebay会给你退货label
（费用从卖家扣除的），然后你钱都拿回来了卖家因为投诉太多假货，就会被关店
此外你已经买的那个商品也去投诉一下，包括知道其他人买他的东西的话，
也投诉，虽然过了退款失效，但投诉在ebay是有记录的。 |

是等东西到了之后就发现记录仪的接头部份不牢固，不能挂在车窗上，很容易掉下来，

为与记录仪本身相连的部分出现问题，所以换个接头也不解决不了，于是问能不能换个
记录仪，结果，从此对方再也没有回信
而且，把此项产品在我的邮件中变为了"item ends"，也就是已经销售完了，可我看网
页上，这个记录仪还有4个available，但我怎么与对方发邮件，对方都不理会
请问，我是用信用卡交的钱，在这种情况下，我能要求信用卡公司退回我的吗？
