1. 你们不知道的事情不等于没有。你们若觉得是匪夷所思说明你们是好医生。具体有
没有上面的网友已帮我做了答复。这些都是大鱼。小鱼小虾更是不计其数。因为是地下
交易所以不可能路人皆知。大多发生在IMG solo聚集地区. 都是当地的朋友亲口告诉
我。我不说你也能猜出十有八九在哪里。不要说胃镜肠镜磁共振这些大型项目，就是普
通的B超和PTreferral都是有油水的。很简单就是因为这个环境当中有很多私人开业的
。竞争太激烈。你如果送病人去大medical center做MRI，当然不会听到这些。
2. 我写这篇东西的出发点是想探讨：做Solo或任何fee for service 的practice, 都
无一例外的经常碰到这样的dilemma: 如何平衡好病人的利益和我自己的利益。这两个
利益经常是对立的。其实大部分我觉得例子都是有gray zone. 你根本不需要jeopardy

一定得得力。其他的包括雇NP或PA给你干。诊所在自己不用的时候外租。
当然最最重要的是你医术高,性格好。专科还要能与其他医生搞好关系。
这些都是不难的事。PRIVATE PRACTICE能Suivive 过钱两年的,第三年一定賺钱,而且很
多钱。

难想象做家长的忧虑以及在念书的孩子心情。有时考虑想回国，但是国内的情形也好不
到哪去，回去后竞争又多，孩子可能也不想回去。Layoff有两个层面可说，一个是
legal另一个是practical的层面。Legal的层面可以很简单，那就是一被layoff身份就
自动消失，无须通知CIS。很多人以为只要公司不通知CIS，身份还是有效的，事实上是
不对的，往往有这样的误解，是因为CIS的系统里并不知道签证的持有人已经被layoff
所以CIS的系统上无法反应过来。即便能够反应过来也要好一段日子，而这之前申请人
恐怕又已转到别的签证身份上去，处理该申请的移民官并不知道或是没有去注意申请人
的真实情形，所以也就批准申请。这就是我们律师无法告诉客人被layoff会怎么样。因

2 翻译的有点问题， 网上找地英文版， 读起来好多了， 第一句
