我们这里一个顶级学区，有一百多华人前几天在微信上凑份子买powerball。中了五万
块。为了分钱搞出不少事。
1. 因为群主去领奖时要交社会安全号。明年会收到1099税表。要为这个收入交税。为
了抵消，必须把一百多个人的社会安全号收上来，发出一百多个1099，把收入转给大家
，非常麻烦。华人中产的marginal税率，联邦税加州税接近50%。所以这五万有近一半
要交税。
2. 有人建议让华人协会去领这五万块钱。这样就不要交税。钱留在会里，最终还是华
人大家自己花掉。
这就是考验华人群体智慧的时候了。分钱，大家只能一共只能拿到一半，而且非常麻烦
。不分钱，就能当五万块花。

Was about to go in on the Cascade 60 Ct deal but don't need them right away

为2块一张票.按现在的中奖概率类推,相当于1.1B.第三大的powerball相当于现在的
984M.
1.5B还是很难出现的.上次到900多M没人中,概率只有3%左右,不再改组合数的话,5年以
上才会出现一次.1B左右的jackpot估计也就1年1次的样子. |
