if signed the industry offer now and get faculty offer from university later
, can I just withdraw the industry offer?
or how can I postpone and make decision about industry offer one or two week
later?
any suggestion?

We are still in an information gathering and then decision making phase.
The earliest I expect a decision is mid-March. Budget uncertainties are
definitely slowing down the process.
The question is:
March 1 is the starting day for the grant if funded.
