into destination post office, and receiver will receive a pink card saying "
postage due",and he can choose to pay that in one day in postoffice (the fee
usually MUCH HIGHer than what's the postage you should pay, i can smell

postage基础上再charge的，我一般重量都写的差不多，结果rated之后变得那么重，这
些肯定不是package size的问题，因为没有额外套盒子；也不会是距离的问题，只会更

的.我仔细读了ink recycling program的T&C，

email，要return label。
本来以为挺简单的，折腾了很久发现usps online打不了return label。stamps.com 更
郁闷，注册了，信用卡资料也给了，发现也是要从history中generate return label。
花了四毛六的postage，结果还是没有activate return label的option。paypal的
shipnow进去，不知道是不是因为用户级别太低，没有看到multi-order shipping的
option。
不知道我是不是太较劲了，跟ups，fedEx差了二十块钱的事儿。我就是想不通这么简单
的东西，为什么实施起来这么复杂。所以麻烦大家指点一下，我这种没卖过东西，就单
纯想generate一个return label的情况，用usps怎么操作呢？
