。现在eBay收费太高。因为已经有好几百possitive feedback, 我以前强迫要求对方美
国国内用户用支票付账，hold 10天，然后才可以用priority mail 或者first class
寄送。 不知道现在是不是还可以。
如果对方用paypal付款，最好registered mail送。把保险买好。运费赔一点不要紧，
万一被骗了就惨了。 |

这点上，港澳台的人就理解资本主义更多。咱大陆来的还是习惯蹭大锅饭。

其次200kd蛋白就是6kbp， 加上select marker估计要7k
我以前在es做过这个大小的，只有千分之几的marker possitive，还不知道这些colony
里哪些表达了蛋白。
es细胞可以挑单克隆让他慢慢长，其他细胞估计很难。。

For most companies, now they do not want headhunters involved for full time
positions.
By my experience, job hunters are useless. They can only refer you to some
small companies they have long term business relationship.
Phd are overqualified for RA possition. Genentech SRA positions look for PhD

almost 40, she had two kids (one was 10, the other was 7 when she started
nursing school). She graduated two years ago and worked in a big hospital in
Texas. She LOVES nursing, that is the only reason for her to go through all
the difficulties. Nursing is tough, but if you LOVE it, you will make it,
no matter how hard it is.
I hope the example of my friend could give you a possitive encouragement.

is possitive, but chest x-ray is negtive.(she did same thing at lest two
times in the past 8 years).
so can she still get in the nursing school?
because she received a letter ask her to do a 2 step TB test. (what's
diffetent from the skin test?)
