The China red cross might be corrupted, but at least, although very limited,
they are being watched.
On the other hand it is relatively hard to monitor what mitbbs did with the
donated money. I personally trust the mitbbs will do a good job but the
concern is absolutely valid.
Giving all the cash to China red cross is a VERY, VERY easy way to prove
that mitbbs is SUPER CRYSTAL INNOCENT. If I were mitbbs, I'll choose the way

I think your 一瘸一拐跑完 is kind of crazy and is bad for training! Did you
follow the 10% rule or let's say 15% rule for most of the time? I think it is
like the nature's rule for our beginners!
I would say never run when you feel so painful, especially during trainning! Take as more rest as
possible! As you feel better, increase the mileage little by little and make
sure it does not hurt very much!
