我想不会。因为法律并不是几个简单的因素（烫伤，咖啡，快餐---推出赔偿金：64万
）。所以试图通过为什么两次赔偿不同来说事情的，还是太简单了一点。
之所以提这个事情是因为Washington Post有研究说同样是因为持有毒品，黑人被抓的
比率高于白人被抓。所以有种族歧视。
可是这种简化的研究未必准确。
从常理来看，要说全国这么多cities,到处都不约而同地整老黑，放老白。又没有一个
whistle
blower。这太令人难以置信了。
从分析上看，有个研究专门为了反驳持有毒品的种族歧视的。研究的方向主要是黑人白
人毒品行为的分析。

简单的说：adverse possession的中文意译就是：雀占鸠巢。
在英美法律体系里，立法者鼓励大家开发荒地。如果你是一块地的主人，但是你自己不
开发，不保护，那么谁开发谁保护，这块地就是谁的。
这条法律在以前美国开发西部过程中起到很大作用，你圈地，从美国政府买地，但不放
牧不养牛，那么好，谁来放牧养牛，谁开发这块地，一旦占据时间超过statute of
limitations的规定，那么这块地从法律上就归谁。
我说的permit，实际上是提供你前房主圈占这块地的证据。你可以说：从前房主建立
fence那天起，这个statute of limitations就开始run。现在你继承了这块1 foot
strip的所有权，超过了法律规定的最少年限规定，你就有权上法庭说：我不管是
survey结果是什么，我现在就具有这个所有权。如果法庭同意你，那么法庭会给你发

有在section K里面指明，具体如下，基本上是律师准备材料的失误，但是还是想去

2016. 6月初RD，到现在都快两年，AP都要renew了，不知要等到什么时候才是个头。。。
是不是递交了AP的renew之后就可以离境，只要在AP过期前回来就行了?
