Europeans are late comers and the Euro is faltering. The Euro was meant to
be a first step in uniting little Europe and now Greece, Portugal, Spain,
and many european countries are begging for Yuan to prop up their economies

基本稳定在每盎司35-38美元的低位；70年代随着美元贬值，黄金价格大幅飙升，75年
就涨到了150美元/盎司，80年涨到了641美元/盎司；到了2010年2月份，黄金价格更是
飙升到了1650美元。
也就是说，如果在50-70年代囤积黄金，那么到80年的时候，收益就已经高达17倍，到
2010年更是高达35倍，超过世界任何一个投资大师的收益率。
那么西方主要国家的投资策略是怎么样的呢？我找出了国际黄金理事会的各国黄金储备
历史数据，分为两个历史阶段，一个是1949-1976年，一个是1979-2008年，从下面的数
据可以看出，在第一个阶段，西方国家以增持黄金储备为主，平均增持55吨。在79年到
2008年期间是整体卖出为主，平均卖出155吨。有些国家是很聪明的，比如说瑞士和荷
兰，都是在黄金价格低位时大量囤积，然后趁黄金价格上涨时获利回吐。

The IMF said Special Drawing Rights, or SDRs, could help stabilize the

1949-1970年期间，中国进口400吨黄金，价格大约为每盎司35-37美元。按照最新的黄
金收盘价1430美元/盎司（2011年3月日收盘价），不考虑汇率变动的话，毛泽东时代的
这笔投资收益高达37倍。
相比之下，同期主要西方国家的黄金储备增加量平均55吨。也就是说，毛时代不但抄了
黄金的世纪大底，而且买入的数量是西方国家平均水平的7倍多。
但是改革开放后的邓小平时代，中国却不但没有增持一吨黄金，反而是卖出了几吨黄金。
一直到了2001年和2003年，中国才增持了200吨黄金。
到了2009年，黄金价格已经大幅上涨到千元以上的高位。这个时候，西方国家纷纷开始
逢高抛售获利回吐，把之前低位买入的黄金高位套现。但是周小川这个美帝贴心小棉袄

是风险很大的，但是外汇储备那么多，所以真是没办法，谁让中国已经钻进美犹跟买办
精心给中国设计的这个套里呢？
但是从我贴的数据至少可以看出，周小川这些金融买办，至少在过去三十年里犯下了一
个无法饶恕的错误，那就是，低位的时候不知道增加黄金储备。
即便是按照1054吨的黄金储备（截至2009年数据），中国黄金储备也不过占到外汇储备
的1.8%。如果刨除毛泽东时代留下来的400吨，改开时代的黄金储备只占到外汇储备的1
%，在全世界各国垫底！
作为对比，美国黄金储备是所有外汇储备的75%，德国是71%，意大利是70%，法国是67%
，荷兰60%，葡萄牙82%，西班牙40%，瑞士18%，英国18%，印度8.5%。
也就是说，再笨蛋的央行行长，也不应该愚钝到黄金价格翻了多少倍，才想起来进口黄
金。再笨蛋的央行行长，也不会像周小川那样，黄金价格400多的时候鼓励出口，涨到
900多又限制出口，鼓励进口。就这样的金融买办卖国贼，居然还有人为之辩护，到底
是有病还是有任务，自己看着选吧。

也就是说，1979到2008年长达30年的时间里，中国新增黄金储备仅仅为200吨，占到外
汇储备的1%。作为央行，面对这么低的黄金储备比例，居然无动于衷，居然还在2005年
出台政策鼓励出口黄金，这难道可以用脑残来解释？如果周小川不是金融买办卖国贼，
谁还是卖国贼？

撰文评论欧债危机，认为现行主要解决方法都无法奏效，必须靠外汇存底丰厚的中国大
陆解囊相救。
在这篇题为「只有中国能救欧洲」的评论中，札卡瑞亚认为，希腊经济规模只占欧盟的
2%，就已经很难救，而意大利名列世界七大经济体，债务比西班牙、葡萄牙、爱尔兰和
希腊加起来更多，简直是「大到不能救」。发行欧元债券或给予欧盟执委会更大的征税
权力，都不可行，因为欧洲各国政府和人民都反对；况且要让欧盟更加整合至少还要十
年，缓不济急。
札卡瑞亚认为，现在欧洲只是需要一笔够庞大的钱，解决燃眉之急，就像2008年美国砸
大钱救次贷风暴。显然欧盟拿不出这笔钱。札卡利亚建议，应思考由拥有3兆美元外汇
存底的中国大陆出手。
他的构想是，由国际货币基金（IMF）出面，向几个外汇存底丰厚的国家借钱，主要是
大陆，但也包含日本、巴西、沙特阿拉伯等国，借款总额可以是7500亿美元。国际货币
基金将能用这笔款项，救助深陷债务泥淖的欧洲国家，但同时也要设下前提，唯有该国
致力于财政改革，才能获得援助。

到了1975-1980年，中国排名跃升到了86位。
也就是说，毛时代将中国人均预期寿命的排名，整整往前拱了43位。
而到了2005-2010年呢，中国排名却又落后到了96位。
也就是说，改革开放时期，中国排名不但没有继续进步，反而大踏步后退了10名。

原来有人故意抹杀了uncertainty interval
本科学生物杀老鼠的就是不一样
搞个基本的统计ranking也搞得不三不四的
转行搞了个医疗统计就把自己当根葱了
贼78愚蠢的一个排名，加拿大的医疗是有够呛的
大部分时间被一群无所事事的老头老太太占据着
不少医生都跑美国去赚钱，因为加拿大税高
所以加拿大要找个家庭医生比较困难
人均寿命也就欺负一下美国这种被泥哥拉低的国家
还好以前隔壁住过一个搞这个phd，多多少少还知道点玩意
以至于不会被装13的忽悠

到了1975-1980年，中国排名跃升到了86位。
也就是说，毛时代将中国人均预期寿命的排名，整整往前拱了43位。
而到了2005-2010年呢，中国排名却又落后到了96位。
也就是说，改革开放时期，中国排名不但没有继续进步，反而大踏步后退了10名。

week as optimism has returned to the region. (Read: the European Central
Bank is all but promising a bailout.) Italy sold $9.8 billion of debt, near
the maximum, at auction today… The troubled nation paid 6.08% for 2 billion
euros of 10-year debt, down from 6.98% at the last auction on December 29.
It also sold 3.57 billion euros of five-year bonds at 5.39%, down from 6.47%
