发帖数: 499 | 2 以前也是个喜欢跑步的主，记得在厦门时秋天时环岛路边沿海跑，一边跑一边看海，一
直到跑不动了坐公交回来那怎就一个爽字了得。不知从哪天起一跑步右腿的小腿肚子就
像抽筋一样疼。前几天医生说我是这个 Popliteal Artery Entrapment Syndrome， 从
CT上看，在跑步机上跑过后小腿几乎没有血流了。不知这儿喜欢跑步的哥们儿有没有人
有类似的病。医生说要做个 by pass，从身体上其它部位取一段静脉将小腿窝后面一段
堵住的 artery by pass 掉。虽医生说这不是什么大手术，但是心里还是很担心的，不
怕一万就怕万一，真弄得残废了就不值了。现在虽然不能跑，但是平时走路一点问题都
没有。医生也说如果我现在是60岁的话，那什么都不用做。但是我还年轻，我还想上路。
跑友们给点意见吧。多谢 |

我上周四按照板上的建议，把CFSE浓度降低到0.5uM,10^7cell/ml室温label 8分钟。
昨天取popliteal LN FACS了一下，所有老鼠的都有很多的OTI细胞，也有很好的
proliferation，在wt/ht/mt里边proliferation的区别也看到了。
估计是我之前用的CFSE浓度太高了，T细胞CFSE label以后都死光了。
真心感谢版上大家的帮忙！
需要比较WT和MT的dendritic cell antigen presentation的差异，因为MT的老鼠本书T
/B细胞和wt有差异,所以把老鼠breed 到RAG deficient background里。
实验是这样设计的，把OTI/OTII （2-5×10^6 cell/mouse） 细胞通过静脉注射打进老
鼠体内，一天以后footpad注射OVA+LPS. 再过72小时harvest popliteal lymph node，
看OTI/OTII增殖情况。因为是RAG deficient 老鼠，所以做tail vein injection前没

发帖数: 5870 | 22 还不到40岁。。。。北方人，从小就住在阴冷阴冷的背阴面，一直有关节炎，以前打球的时候保护措施也做得不太好，最近几年走路的时候两腿膝关
节都有声音。平时如果活动多了，就会膝盖不能伸直或者不能弯曲。但是通常，休息休
息就好了。前几天右膝盖忽然不能伸直了，并且到了比较严重的程度，连续几天都不好
。这才去看医生。照了X-ray 和 MRI.以下 是MRI的分析结果。
骨科大夫建议右膝盖手术，他说手术中会：
1）清理骨头表面，让它更光滑
2）清理关节腔内的各种碎片。。。
不知道是不是真的应该动手术。看病折腾了这么几天，现在不知不觉中，右腿又可以伸
直或者弯曲了,只是还不能快走和跑。现在很纠结，不知道是不是应该动这个手术。。

from the AP x-ray:
1. nonarticular proximal tibia fracture
2. LCL tear ?
What does the patient like to have in physical exam?
1. local tenderness and swelling
2. pain on weight bearing
3. limited ROM
4. knee unstable
5. foot cool and pale, no pulse of the dorsalis pedis artery --> blood
supply impairment, e.g. popliteal artery injury --> can cause thrombus
6. numbness of the foot --> nerve injury

星期天值班，早上9点接到急诊的传呼，有一个女大学生，平时没毛病，周末party喝多
了从楼梯上摔下来，右腿膝盖错位。骨科两个小时前在病床前把膝盖复位了，不过病人
右小腿疼痛越来越严重，伴有眼色改变。急诊怀疑伤了血管，于是就叫了外科。
急诊大概是其他所有科都不喜欢的一个科室了，他们的consult很多是在你不方便的时
间和地点。急诊也知道自己的地位，所以个个都是人精，说话很有分寸，让你觉得他们
是没办法了才叫consult。急诊住院都是大学那边过来轮转的，第一年要做一个月的创
伤外科, 跟我们比较熟，所以他们的consult我们来者不拒。相比之下，有些医院的外
科要是觉得consult不值得一看，在电话里就会回绝掉，连脸都不会露一下。
病人叫Nina，是个白人，看起来还像个高中生。我一进房间，她见着又有一个白大褂进
来，翻起了白眼。我手还没碰着她的腿，她就开始狂叫疼。问她问题，回答要么是”I
