施这个是毫无疑问的，临门一脚得分，即使别人对这个领域贡献更大也没有用。不过也
许早年做功能的人会跟着得奖。
有意思的是他们用的是S. pompe 的 spliceosome, S. pompe 的spliceosome 一般人不
怎么研究，因为在体外无活性，这恰好成全了解结构。而Reinhard Lührmann他们都用
S. cerevisiae 或Hela cell 里面的spliceosome, 研究出了活性组装过程但不好解结
构。
不管怎么说，这是胰岛素后中国生物最大进展，还是要赞一下。 |

先查anti neutrophil antibody .
感觉象是病毒或其他感染，不象drug induced的免疫性中性粒细胞减少。
俺估计医生也会同时做rule out cyclic or congenital neutropenia 的work up.
在大学医院看吧，一般private practice碰到这些病都会refer给大学医院。
不知道你那里大学免疫和过敏科强不强。不强的话，还是得看Peds Hem/Onc.
俺们几周前看了一个congenital neutropenia,一个Pompe disease.最后还是建议一个
去看血液科因为要做骨髓移植。一个去看medical genetics那里去follow up. |

disease，感兴趣的可以GOOGLE这两种病，老青蛙我都懒得去查，反正大多数小药厂开
发的都是不多见的病就是了，也没啥好研究的。
重中之重是AMICUS和GSK合作开发，GSK持有FOLD股票，买入价是6刀左右 |

Downtown should be called middle. It has: town office, Bancraft Elementary
school, Doherty Middle School, library, train station, and the big metal
canon antique:)
South has south elementary school, trainstation, firestation, and Pomps
Pond ( a nice place for kids to play water, and youth tennis).
