所以即使background check过了adjudication不一定能过。 polygraph这种full clear
如果没人sponsor几乎不可能拿到。我不知道LZ找什么DOD工作，现在的市场行情一般是
没有相应的clearance简历直接pass，很少有人会花上一年的时间等一个没有TS的人拿
