这人怎么这么SB,有点工程概念吗?他知不知道,要达到他所说的效果,需要消耗多少
水,需要多少超高压的水泵及电将水雾化。估计一个三峡是不够的。
更搞笑的是论文还被发在所谓的国际著名科学杂志《Environmental Chemistry
Letters》,作者是浙江省“千人计划”入选者,国家“千人计划”申请者(没有批准

over Harbin as Beijing is more internationalized.

BeijingAir". The air quality in Beijing varies from hour to hour and day to
day. I would suggest you avoiding the rush hours as the pollutes are

conclusions. But with a popular 3-4X that number, China has serious
environmental degradation, pollution and resource issues. At this point, "
replacement rate" is irrelevant. The key is how to lower the population
while managing to sustain growth. With her current population, the per

BP这个事,本来United States Oil Pollution Act of 1990规定的赔偿上限是7500万
米元,真要按照法律,BP赚大了。结果最后BP老老实实拿出200亿成立fund专用于理赔。
这种案子,法律真没太大意义。最关键的是BP在美国有大量的资产和生意,万一不合作
,美国随便就能把他搞垮了。
如果康菲在中国真没有太多资产,那这事还真不好办了。 |

I was very excited when China first announced the Shanghai to Beijing high-
speed line; It seemed like a great and reliable way to travel between the
two cities without having to go through all the hassles at the airport.
But after the line was launched and its speed lowered for safety reasons, I
realized that flying was still cheaper, quicker, and safer. I see why the
government needs to massively subsidize their high-speed system now.

suffering from toxic levels of pollution". This is the first time I saw a
report on air pollution in India, I wonder if we will have chance to see
this report if there was no ongoing diplomatic uproar.
