，因而让百花盛开的季节提早来到，伴随而来的则是花粉过敏季节的提前，因此医生提
醒民众要采取措施及早预防，且预防胜于吃药与打针。
在布碌仑八大道执业的家庭医生叶宏表示，因暖冬造成春季温度升高超过历史记录的城
市在全美境内已达到200多个，由此也令春季里困扰民众的花粉过敏症提早来到。
叶宏医生表示，往年其诊所在4月中旬才迎来花粉过敏病人就诊的高峰，但今年3月底、
4月初就有大量病患前来就诊，所以他提醒民众要因应气候的反常而提早采取措施预防
花粉过敏。
叶宏医生表示，当花粉传播量大时，对花粉过敏的人最好待在室内不要外出，民众可随

- Get some Honey: You can buy from any store

，今天又锻炼了一下，感觉很不错。
2。树是在晚上把pollen放出来的，所以晚上pollen count高（医生说的）。我原来不
知怎么就觉得白天应该高，整个白天都躲在室内，嘿嘿，很傻。
3。眼睛的过敏和infection有时候很难区分，而且过敏揉眼睛也很容易引起infection
。去年去specialist那里看了好几次，也没搞清楚。
4。赞一下Eucerin。这几天脸上，眼睛周围全都用的Eucerin lotion for sensitive
skin。这个本来不是专门用在脸上的，原来也从来没有试过。这次没办法了，其他东西
都怕会引起irritation。结果，效果很不错呢，呵呵。 |

前那段时间weed才长的最好。其他的时间，你恐怕不太容易通过浇水等手段把weed都催

， 推荐半年换一次, 52块钱。
winix在amazon上卖一百六。 塑料的， 一年warranty。 filter参数是 smoke 236 /
dust 248 / pollen 252， 用于<350sqft的房间。一个HEPA filter和一个活性炭的
filter。 买的时候一个hepa filter带四个活性炭filter, 66块钱， 因为有pre-
