脊髓灰质炎（poliomyelitis，简称polio）又称小儿麻痹（infantile paralysis）是
由脊髓灰质炎病毒（poliovirus）引起的急性传染病，主要通过粪口途径传播。这个病
由于大家比较熟悉，病本身就不仔细介绍了。脊髓灰质炎病毒包括三种血清型：PV1,
PV2, 和PV3。由于这种病有比较严重的后果，所以其疫苗的必要性就不必介绍了。

版上版疫苗问题的人很多，可能需要总结一下大家的经验和教训。所以写个帖子跟大家探讨一些常见问题。帖子比较长，打算分章节，每天更新。这样如果大家有啥问题请在跟贴中提出，我尽量在跟贴中回答。如果问相同的问题比较多，我会在以后的帖子中一并回答。
但是！！！俺不是专家，知识全部来源于网络和文献，错漏之处在所难免。请达人，美妈们指出，俺来一一修改。目的是为了在疫苗问题上给以后的父母一个简单全面的索引，可以不必事事放狗。第二个目的是给非专业人士一点简单的介绍，不要害怕疫苗，同样也要重视疫苗的安全。当然最重要的，这也是我自己学习的过程，也希望成为跟大家一起学习的过程。

做人体病毒的
3 journal papers (1个中文二作，1个英文三作，和1个刚发表的英文一作）
citation只有可怜的5个，而且基本都是之前国内实验室自己cite的那篇中文文章；英
文文章刚刚发表。
没有过review的经历，帮助老板review过，但是老板觉得我还不成熟to be
recommended by him to review major journal manuscript (其实没直接问，但是能
感觉出来；对于病毒领域的小journal老板也不太熟）
不知道这个条件能不能申NIW，多谢前辈们了！
另外，如果有关于adenovirus, poliovirus biology, 及相关gene therapy的审稿机会
的话，万分感谢！

和氨，杀的还是很干净的，实际上，处理后的污水比抽进自来水厂的水还在很多指标上

一波啦在体外时其实并没有那么难杀，下面有张表，一波啦是排在最后。它这个量级的

里，它已经很难存活了，随便加点化学药剂就嗝屁了。

是个传染性不强的货，要被禽流感甩几条街。这次动静很大，主要是全球化了，老美没
想到一下子就从非洲过来了。老美又经不起大伤亡，而且本届政府的危机应对上非常无
能，才觉得动静大了。

，然后放到cell juice中组装，最后感染老鼠。尽管合成病毒的致死剂量是自然版本的1
