察死磕，十有十一你要输，那时候就是罚款+计点+涨保险。现在人家给你个台阶下，你
就顺顺当当下来得啦，以后注意点儿，毕竟你的这个记录还在那儿。
办公室区域走出来，说“只要你坚持reduction, you will be fine."hearing时，
judge说你是不是关心points and insurance,我给你reduce到65开70，不会影响points
and insurance，似乎两人商量好了。我的申辩中有1. slope, 2. 当天警察说我后面
的灯坏了，其实没坏，3。第一次speeding ticket, 并附了照片，hearing前寄给了
judge, 因为警察hearing前的”警告，“ hearing时没提第2点， judge 也没回答我的
问题”你接到了我的信和照片吗？“
疑惑：1。police and judge是不是事先商量了的？police为什么进judge的办公区域？
不是两者分开吗？

bumper凹陷，但是没有报警，最后经过评估要1k＋，也走了对方保险公司。过后回想当
时应该file police report，对自己应该只有好处。刚搬到加州不久，只记得学交规时
好像有说accident damage超过$750必须报告dmv，现在我还需要去police department
背案吗，另外如果不报dmv后果会很严重吗，报了dmv后我的车纪录里会有accident

一切还ok，就是发现邮局最后的track的信息是：Available for Pickup

(1) Print the finger print form (or you can ask them to send you a blank one
as suggested by flyrabbit);
(2) Make an appointment with Federal Police (not local/state police) to
certify that finger prints are yours;
(3) Send them to FBI with a check or credit card payment;
(4) You should receive it 4-6 weeks, but it took me 8-9 weeks.

witness,到底witness怎么说的。
这件事至少说明对方律师比你请的更有经验。police report对对方不利，都有律师愿
意接手，打个反击战。 而你的律师在现在不利于你的情况下，就想撒手不管了。这个
对比，双方律师高下立刻可见。
对方律师肯定走的是这个过程：不受police report的结论影响，律师请客户付费，找
了个private investigator,重新独立做车祸调查。对witness的提问，都比较有技巧性
，把witness绕一绕弄晕，然后witness就觉得自己当时搞错了，是你闯红灯了（假设确
实是对方闯红灯）。 |

？police report都不出。Michigan也是no-fault，只少有police report，该罚单就罚
单。
08年冬天的时候被撞，100上对方失控，撞了我的右后屁股，撕了一块皮下来。警察来
后让我呆在车里，也没听我解释，最后给了一张表，上面有双方的信息。我问他咋算责
任，回我说是no-fault州，让我回家后填一张LZ说的report说明情况，交到哪里忘了。
损失找保险公司商定。结果对方的保险根本就是无效的，过期了，对方保险不可能陪我
。自己保险公司联系对方，人家压根就不理。所以我的deductible也就没了。跟我那个
adjuster聊起此事，没保险咋能上路啊？回我说，大家总要工作，总要生活啊，也是一
脸的无奈...
遇到车祸，第一时间报警，等警察的时候要对方的保险，给对方保险打电话，只是可以
当时知道对方有没有有效的保险。 |

killed an intruder last weekend wouldn't face criminal charges.
Jerry Riley, 54, of 593 Tokay Drive, said a stranger confronted him as he
entered his home Saturday night. Riley said he pulled a handgun on the
intruder, and the two men then struggled over the gun.
The gun went off, and the intruder took the pistol and ran out of the house,
