发帖数: 18 | 14 自从知道七月份要去希腊开会后， 就萌生了去跑马拉松经典路线的念头。意想不到的
是网上除了正规雅典马拉松的信息以外，关于自己跑这条路线的信息几乎没有。从微信
跑群得知春上在他的memoire写了他夏天跑这条路线的经历。找来书一看， 才发现他是
从雅典跑到马拉松的， 而且有一个van随行，所以对准备补给之类的借鉴不大。不过他
书中对炎热天气的描述给了我很深的印象，再加上知道从马拉松到雅典有一个漫长的上
坡，所以定位是fun run，不求成绩，只求跑完。如果供给有问题的话，就坐公交车回
雅典。
跑前一周在一个岛上开会，除了爬山游水外， 一个迈都没跑， 算是彻底taper了。跑
前一天下榻到雅典的旅馆， 从前台打听到去马拉松的首班车是 5:30am。睡了午觉后从
旅馆步行到马拉松的终点（the Panathinaikon Stadium ）去踩了一下点。晚饭carb
loading 吃了意大利面条， cuscus, 和pita bread。早早地打道回旅馆，怀着对第二
天的满怀希望坠入梦乡。
早上四点被闹钟闹醒，去楼下吃了continental breakfast。五点从旅馆出发去汽车站

。好在后面他越来越积极了，手受伤之后那段更让人钦佩的五体投地。一个手掌骨骨折
的人，出发300米绷带就松了，没有夹板游不了，要是一般人估计就放弃了。厉害！ |

发帖数: 18174 | 26 基于目前我对TI的了解，TI在效率方面稍微有点走极端。存在太长的两条手臂都不划水
的时间，腿打水频率据说也应该降低。如果全盘学习TI，未必最好。下面分情况讨论TI
的适用性，并就怎样学习应用TI理念说说我的看法。敬请指正。
情况1：专业短距离。短距离想冲过4a，冲击podium，不能有无动力滑行时间。总有一
条手臂在划水，并且必须高频有力打水。TI不行。
情况2：业余短距离。不少人增加划频，提高打水频率，速度反而下降。TI的减阻理念
很有好处，但是我认为应该每练一段就尝试提高划频，看速度是否能提高，然后结合水
下视频慢放，依照TI的减阻理论分析原因。换句话说，用TI的练法练减阻，每过一段时
间加划频；增加划频的办法和传统方法无异。
情况3：专业长距离。先说高频游法，Lotte Friis，43 strokes/50m，88 strokes/
minute。即使低频的如孙杨，巡航阶段每50m用28个strokes，每分钟62个strokes，
distance per stroke仍然比不上TI。
情况4：业余长距离，或者年纪尚小还在上升阶段的小孩子游长距离。swim smooth的观

这个视频也许想说换气的时候只能看到一个goggle。照这个标准，相当多奥运会podium
的选手会被判不及格。比如说，jason lezek。
只要不破坏身体平直的姿态，one goggle ok,two goggles ok,looking forward ok,
looking backward ok, lifting head ok,taking longer time also ok!

就像是躲在胳膊下面换一样。我记得你似乎提过换气要快。视频中“错误”动作嘴在手

business: Here was the deep-ailing PSO two years ago, with growing deficit
and no where to find a conductor suitable for the orchestra. However, the
