playing in the dark all the way.
One hand i had with pocket Ks. utg raise 3X.. i reraise to 10X. he calls.
after flop all small cards.. he bets. i reraise him.. he shoves and I call
him. he has pocket Qs.. i am more confident with my play because i know he
more likely (note more likely not for sure. mixed it up with call pocket As
is nice too at this spot) have reshoved me with As but call with Qs Js 10s.

reraise to squeeze him out with Pocket As. but MP1 is so short, he could
well be flatting As here. So pocket As could be in his range. pocket Ks
should be 4 betting, plus he should be betting flop agressively with set of
Ks when a flush draw is on board. so I really don't think he has pocket Ks
or any other set. what are the other hand? pocket Js 10s etc? all possible
and blocking bets and hope you 3 bets with air? AK is |

300刀，out-network deductable 750刀，out-of-pocket maximum 3000刀 in-
network，4000刀 out-network。HMO一年保险300刀，对应deductable是2500刀和3500
刀，out-of-pocket maximum是5000刀和一万刀。由于用的医疗机构比较尖端是out-of-
network，最后我今年付了1800刀的保费加4000刀out-network out-of-pocket maximum
，而且4000刀是用HSA和FSA里的钱付的。如果去年选了HMO，就要付300刀保费加一万刀
out-network out-of-pocket maximum。
如果年纪轻，没有潜在大病，最好用HMO加HSA，否则一定要用PPO加FSA帐号。

不过车的check engine灯亮了，用pocket scan读出来的code是P0421, 也就是需要更换
catalytic converter,否则无法通过NC State Inspection废气排放测试。
问了几家修车铺，价格大概在$800-1300, 太贵，不打算修了。
为了通过State Inspection, 我用pocket scan删除了code P0421，然后跑了78 miles,
check engine的灯没有亮，不过用pocket scan读出来的code是P0421 pending.
请问：

否通过 NC State Inspection?
2. 听说我这种车在删除了code之后，应该跑75 miles然后去做State Inspection，是

看到保险有好多种，HMO，EPO，PPO之类，基本定义是这个样子：
HMO，有primary care physician，有health network，network之外不cover；
EPO，不需要指定primary care physician，有health network，network之外不cover；
PPO，不需要指定primary care physician，有health network但是network之内看病也
要出一些钱，network之外cover一部分，deductible比较高。

看到最近大家又都在谈保险问题，也说说自己的困惑
以前LD在学校工作的时候，待遇一般，可保险也不是太差（相对现在的而言），BCBS一
个月交3刀，
DEDUCTION 2800刀，OUT OF POCKET3000左右，
后来去了个小公司，Aetna保险，每个月交400刀，DEDUCTION 250刀每人，OUT OF
POCKET
3300刀左右
再后来去了一个所谓的大公司（全球有名的那种）， PPO PLUS 保险，每个月交400刀
左右，没有
DEDUCTION，OUT OF POCKET 6000刀，我的妈呀，这个OUT OF POCKET怎么这么高呀？？？
从此无比BS此公司。
想琢磨一下是否自个买会便宜点？
我学校的保险，一年1500左右，但是没有OUT OF POCKET，报销90%，没有DEDUCTION，
就怕到

发帖数: 82 | 36 刚找了家local店看了实物。所有的尿布都可机洗，低温烘干。
店主推荐的是pocket diaper，芯子和pocket两部分，她说24个尿布是一个full load，
洗完了以后用5分钟可以把所有的芯子塞回pocket，然后就有24个跟一次性尿布一样的
布尿布了。除了多了机洗的工作，换起来跟一次性尿布一样方便。不过接触baby的部分
是micro fleeze,手感很柔软，说比棉干爽,但我总觉得天然材料最好。买one size的省
点儿，２４个要４００多。买sized，小号２０个，中号１６个要７００多。
还看到一种是用棉布的尿布再加防水布套子。好处是接触baby的是棉，缺点是不如
pocket的方便，要换两层。这个很便宜，24个尿布加8个套子200块不到。
看上去不那么难办。有点儿想试试了。 |

and expensive ( around 15$-18$ each). BUT, NO GOOD.
干爽度没法和paper diaper比。
前面我也说过,市场上的这种fancy 布尿布可以hold 2-3泡小猫尿，可是跟宝宝屁股接
触的那一层的料子还是潮湿的，虽然从外面看，看不出来里面已经是湿的，尤其是宝宝
只尿一小泡猫尿的时候。但是和那些T-shirt剪的出来的尿布比，要干爽多了。可用T-
shirt剪的尿布，也没人hold 2-3泡猫尿，都是一小泡就马上换，宝宝只要尿一小泡，
就能从外面看到尿布湿了。
再说透气度吧，用布尿布主要也是为了透气吧，但这种pocket diaper，也没什么透气

根据我们公司三个plan来算的:CDHP、PPO和EPO（没有HMO可选），地点是纽约
CDHP (consumer-directed health plan) - 年保费:$1719, deductible:$1200(雇员)$2400(家庭), out-of-pocket max:$3000(雇员）$6000（家庭）,coinsurance:80%, no copay. 可自由选医生（out-of-network的更贵）
PPO - 年保费:$3286, deductible:$400（雇员）$1000（家庭），out-of-pocket max:$2500（雇员）$6250（家庭），coinsurance:80%, no copay, 可自由选医生（out-of-network的更贵）

monthly pay:$240, deductable $3000, copay $30, network insurance pay 70%.
no max out of pocket.
LD 单位的：
monthly pay:$450, deductable $350, copay $30, network insurance pay 80%. no
max out of pocket.
不知道还没有别的更好点的选择？
最担心这个no max out of pocket, 几年前生第一个孩子的时候保险类似LD单位现在的
coverage， 但是宝宝出来体温低在ICU 呆了一周，最后账单超过了10万刀，自己付20%
也要两万多，好在当年是学生，低收入，经过一番折腾最后付了几千刀。
现在倾向于选LD 单位的，但还是对这个no max out of pocket 不放心。 不知道还没
有别的更好点的选择？ |

不过车的check engine灯亮了，用pocket scan读出来的code是P0421, 也就是需要更换
catalytic converter,否则无法通过NC State Inspection废气排放测试。
问了几家修车铺，价格大概在$800-1300, 太贵，不打算修了。
为了通过State Inspection, 我用pocket scan删除了code P0421，然后跑了78 miles,
check engine的灯没有亮，不过用pocket scan读出来的code是P0421 pending.
请问：

否通过 NC State Inspection?
2. 听说我这种车在删除了code之后，应该跑75 miles然后去做State Inspection，是
这样么？
3. 如果第一次Inspection过不了，第二次在可以免费做么？
