来LG一直叨唠着要买toto, 去了home depot一看, 没有, 原来要去专门的pluming店买,
很头痛. 这些天跑各式各样的accesories就已经累S了, 今天不顾大雪的第二天又开车
去了纽约唐人灯具店把所有吊顶灯都买了, 实在没时间和精力再跑pluming. 我是想轻
松一点就在local的home depot买Kohler算了,可LG有点不大愿意.
想问问大家用的是什么样的马桶, toto真的那么好, 比kohler强很多吗? 如果从省水的
角度看, Kohler也有1.28 GPF的啊, 还是其它什么优点? |

的正常租售比。而你这个地段这种房应该值15万。。。
如果全烧没了，需要全套厨房，全套浴室，如果俩浴室还带浴缸就更麻烦些；空调，
暖气。然后是 cosmetic的carpet / paint，门啊窗啊什么的. 这些轻松过万。不知
道HOA是否已经把pluming和电线好了。如果没有，pluming很花钱的，电线没有搞
过太多不太清楚。这些都是一次性初始投入，算收益的时候要算进房价里。（尽管
收税的时候不会算进去）。这些加进去，比如一共一万五，就使得你的租售比更加
没有那么诱人了。
至于风水，有过灾难的房子当然风水不好。如果你信风水就根本不该考虑这种东西。 |

阿姨说白天喂了两次的PLUM糊糊，没拉，而且宝宝特别不爱吃PLUME的糊糊，每次哭的
昏天黑地。晚上老妈下班了亲自上阵，用刚榨的西瓜汁调了两勺PLUME糊，宝宝吃得特
别好，根本没有哭。然后放到bouncer里蹦了一会儿，没动静。又开了一盒梨糊，吃了
一勺，又喂了4、5勺水，然后让宝宝在BOUNCER里蹦啊蹦，他蹦得特别欢。还直打寒战
。再后来我就开始喂奶。喂到一半，突然发现后背湿了，估计是在BOUNCER里蹦的时候
拉的。

发帖数: 5892 | 49 开春后的一天，我的邻居老方告诉我，你们家的屋顶快要坏了。我说不会吧，我看到的地方还挺好的。老方说来来来，到我家楼上来就看得到了。我家的房子是那种后复式的半独立屋，隔着车道就是老方家的二层楼房。跟他上了楼，从窗户里朝我的屋顶一看，朝南的这一面还果真是有几处已经翘起的地方。下了楼我又四面观望了一回，其余三面都还行。后来我咨询了换屋顶公司，这才知道原来房屋朝南的一面，屋顶更容易损坏。我和另外一面的邻居特蕾丝一墙之隔，她家在北，我家在南，以前总是觉得自己占了个朝南的大便宜，现在这个提前损坏的屋顶，不就是代价喽。
小洞不补，大洞尺五。既然屋顶迟早要换，迟换不如早换。和独立屋不同，半独立屋的麻烦在于两家共同戴着个大帽子，如果一家换，一家不换，屋顶就会出现一道边。所以我先找特蕾丝。特蕾丝说好啊，一道换，可以便宜一些。不过就希望我来找屋顶公司。找就找吧。先找对面的老顾(我们这个社区，只有我们三家中国人)，他家去年刚刚换过，和我一样的房型大小，两千五。老顾介绍的屋顶公司，是一家中国人开的，来报价，在厨房顶上揭开油毛毡看了，开口五千块。我吓了一跳，你一年工夫，也涨不到一倍吧。报价的人说，老顾家的旧屋顶是两... 阅读全帖 |
