如果是个人，这个人，有工作吗？有固定住入么？有值钱的东西么？
有工作的话，找他的单位，呵呵，让court给你发一个东东叫garnishment，发给他的em
ployer，从他的工资里扣，交给court，然后给你。
没工作的话，有值钱的东西（非生产工具：比如交通工具），比如船啊，体育用品啊什
么的，可以找sheriff去他家抢东西。
啥也没有的无产阶级，你认栽吧。
