工程学院院长因为和CISE（Computer& information Science Engineering， 相当于一
般学校的CS系）系长期不和，利用这次州议会削减学校开支的机会，提出一个完全不可
接受的议案，计划摘要：
1，将CISE分拆并入ECE系和ISE系，
2，将CISE系的研究全部剥离，只保留教学功能，同时去掉所有研究生TA的职位。
这完全是一场公报私仇的闹剧，任何一个理性的人都不会提出这样一个议案，更别说让
它通过。
全系的教授和研究生都联合起来反对，并扩大反对活动的声势，给学院和学校施加压力
，达到取消这一提案的目的。
Dean 在与学生见面会上一再敷衍问题，混淆概念
应对一次性的经费削减，采取永久性的激进手段。

but control is very bad. When you try to return the ball short, it gives
high ball most of the times. Personally, I think the three blades should be
better than OC. |
