在mission这儿住觉得各方面，特别孩子活动方面都挺方便的。

以上？
位置好环境好的的新房子在sunol下去以后有个区summit bridge，都是lot很大面积也
很大的新房
子。还有个是bernal下去在foothill那边有个新造的小区，不过面积都很大，平均都
100万以上吧
84号那边的ruby hill豪宅区也多是新造的。
总体感觉是，pleasanton新造的房子都很贵（2000年左右），要么就是那种lot很小的
新房子。 |

At least 130 units in that area would be restricted for very-low income

另外一回事了。执行里面的猫腻太大了，买了Pleasanton的老中们别担心房子掉价，看
看政府的效率，就算银行能借钱，大规模实行的速度都能够从容让你孩子读完了搬走。
在美国，无论是民主党共和党，只要是上层的话利益都是不会受到侵犯的。就算来一个
比Jerry Brown更左的政客，Atherton, Los Altos Hills还是不会受到影响的，三藩市
算是极左了吧，看看民主党的Diane Feinstein住的Pacific Heights里面能不能找到
section 8? Berkeley历来都是左派的先锋，历史以来从上到下都是左棍，你能在
Clairmont找到section 8吗？ |

多（ 我觉得是较真再数字上勒） 这边基本买房子没有什么特别要 注意哪个学区的。

房价便宜：和半岛，PA，SV，MV相比
交通暂时ok：公司在city，pleasanton可以做bart过去，到city大概50分钟，中间很长
一段路是在地面上，可以在bart上上网，看看书啥的
天气比弯曲其他地方热：老婆怕冷，非常怕冷。。。
社区：喜欢小城镇的感觉。我人宅，不喜欢热闹。。。
学区：我用的到学区至少是5年后的事情了，所以学区对我来说resale value的意义更
大些。我对那块学区的了解是基本上都还不错，而且学校里亚裔不是很多，以后小孩竞
争压力小点

以后的潜在的交通：弯曲的cs还是少点，以后如果跳槽到半岛/硅谷的公司，通勤会很
痛苦
resale：那边貌似空地还很多，感觉以后升值可能没那么快
另外，对于我其实还有fremont，walnut creek可以选。没有选fremont是有点担心
Hayward Fault, 据说这是弯曲排名第一危险的fault。walnut creek还在我的候选名单上 |

It usually takes 30 minutes to commute from Fremont to Santa Clara for the
12 miles distance during rush hour.
It's horroble commuting from Pleasanton/dublin to Santa clara/Mountain view.
Besides, houses in Pleasanton are NOT cheaper at all then Fremont. Only
Dublin is cheaper than Fremont.
But you can improve your english by listening to english news on your way

动多的中国人家庭统统都是双职工，在南湾/旧金山上班，要不坐班车，要不carpool，
要不一方可以经常在家办公。我们在sunnyvale住了两年半，我还是喜欢tri-valley，
要不也不会跑这边来买房子。
还有拿南湾200万的房子和pleasanton的200万房子比，是个不太公平的比较。在dublin
，去年90万就买6500-10000尺的地，3600尺的全新房子，现在也就是100万出头；
pleasanton 200万的房子不少，但是在rubyhills，preserve这些地方130-150万就可以
买到比南湾200万的房子新/豪的房子，san ramon的norris canyon estate（1。4m起）
那和南湾200万的房子根本就不是一个级别的，估计到了南弯得250万以上了。这个差价
主要就是因为commute。还是那句话，各人有各人的选择，有人觉得天天跑那么远，就
