我在bankrate.com的网站上看到的，好像这家贷款的利率挺低的！
我去过wells fargo，但30年的要4%，closing cost要69XX， 差不多要7千块了，还没
算上transfer tax
然后去了citi，30年的要4.125， closing cost要11907
差太远了吧？
然后今天在bankrate上看到pleasant vally打电话去问说他们不charge fee, 30年
fixed 的要3.871，不知道这里说的不charge fee是不是指连银行的apprasal fee都不
用了？

上次去海鲜节走错了，跑到这个海滩，歪打正着，虽然没去游泳，但是很尽兴。后来去
那个海鲜节反倒觉得很失望，什么也没吃就走了。
这个海滩除了游泳外玩的东西很多，有各种游乐设施，吃的，还有个水族馆，我们在那
里逛了3个半小时，觉得很不错。有小孩的家庭应该更有乐趣！
周末去的话最好早点11点以前到，否则很不好停车。
大概的花费：
停车30分钟/$1，真贵
海滩入场$8/人
水族馆$10/人
游乐场$15/人（中午12:00以后开） |

几个小城，和东奥克兰的犯罪率地区沒什么关系。感觉pleasant hill 更好一些,
concord老莫多点，尤其是往clayton 方向。daycare 不了解。lz 还可以研究下周边几
个城像 walnut creek, lafayette, 更好一点。 |

城很多，还不错。据说因为历史原因，这里是美国除LA外最多韩国人聚居的地方。这条
