There is a plcae in your I-140 form for you to check if you had an
approved I-140 or not. You may also mention your previous PD in the cover
letter and ask the officer to port your previous PD.
You may file your 485 concurrently. But most likely the CIS will hold your
485 until your new 140 is approved. |

acturelly the smaller one is a little bigger than
required(for flying from china to usa)
