错了1位。因此registration和state inspection上的license plate number都是错的(
VIN是对的）。Dealer说会派人去RMV更正，但是我想知道是不是这么简单，没说让我做
任何事。 |

如果没有plate number，用vin查是20RMB一次，反正也比直接自己买报告便宜
plate和vin查出来的报告理论上是一样的。

固定在旁边的stub上，似乎从前面拆不下来啊？。塑料盒子只有几个很小的孔给线穿近

我趁着铺地板把音频线从地板下走过去了，在两端就得用这个plate吧，问题是它是象
普通的电灯开关那样凹进去的，看来得把墙上挖个大洞啊。我就担心挖的时候会不会把
里面的电线什么的给挖坏了。
有没有什么好点的解决方案？有没有那种整个突出来的插座盒子，这样至少不必挖洞了。 |

dealer说我必须有康州的驾照才能放我走（register plate），但我才搬到康州，驾照
是外州的还没来得急换，dealer坚持等到我有康州驾照了再把车给我，麻州是这样的规
定吗？
我想弄个temp plate自己开回去注册，dealer坚持不准许。。。

可以在马里兰申请 IN TRANSIT TEMP PLATE，如果有的话。没有的话一般也没事，交易
车子一般有20天的宽限期不用上牌照。
不过你得注意保险的事情。要么暂时用他的保险，要么自己先买上保险。 |

Any one did that?
I am asking because the website says
"North Carolina collects a Highway Use Tax (HUT) on vehicles instead of a
state sales tax. The tax is assessed each time a title is transferred. "
I dont know if change of the plate to NC will be counted as "a title is
transferred".

奥兰多附近的Toll Road有可以投币Lane, 就都投币了，但是到了迈阿密的时候变成了
Sun Pass or Toll By Plate，都没有可以投币的地方。
现在租的车已经还掉了，但是不太清楚这种Toll By Plate应该怎么办？我应该去哪里
交钱？

以前听说在WA的可以一直keep OR的plate和ID的啊~也没遇到什么问题吧~

days. When you are waiting for the tag to mail in, they will put you in the
system, then they scan your temp license plate so you can still go through
the ez tag lane. But you don't have the ez tag discount. Still easier than
waiting to pay cash.

change my drive license and license plate of my car in Maryland.
I just did inspection here last week, and will go to MVA tomorrow.
I heard that MVA gives a penalty to people who do not change their license
and plate in 30 days of moving to MD.
Is it true? Can I just tell them that I moved here three weeks ago???
