Book: Viruses, Plagues, and History: Past, Present and Future
这本是一本为数不多的病毒学入门介绍读物。不少西方学校把它作为了基础教材。这几
天冠状肺炎病毒导致全国封闭，于是干脆把这部书读一遍。了解病毒机理，并付之于行
动，是防御病毒的最佳方式。
本书一共三部分：
第一部分，分三章介绍病毒历史，尤其重点讲了病毒学 Virology 和 免疫学
Immunology的核心原则；
第二部分，分四章介绍了人类历史上如何战胜了各类病毒，如 天花病毒Smallpox, 黄
热病毒Yellow Fever, 麻疹宾度Measles Virus 和 小儿麻痹症Poliomyelitis；
第三部分，分十章重点介绍了目前人类遇到的重大病毒和应对办法，其中包括非洲的伊

死到最后剩下的人有免疫力了就消停了。玩过plague inc的都知道，散布
到目前这个程度基本上就无解了，还没被传染到的国家，只有举国封锁，
停飞停航，与世隔绝，才能避免传染。现在还没有任何一个国家认识到
这个严重性，就像当年西班牙流感的应对如出一辙，各国政府还幻想可以
控制住，还在糊弄老百姓说不要恐慌，都在政府控制中。非要等到本国
也出现大面积传播，才后悔，但是为时已晚。
另外，不想死的人，现在赶快囤一年所用的粮食，水，药等必需品。整个
家庭与世隔绝，直到疫情消失。你自己想想是选择耽误半年到一年时间，
还是全家感染乃至死亡。病毒也许已经在你附近了，只不过你还不知道而已。
这个病毒是有很长潜伏期的，潜伏期内也可以传染。 |
