后bend out, 可惜没有搞定，
我朋友说这个 ski 超轻， 特容易转弯，经常，脑袋里才想转，就已经转了。呵呵.
这个倒是很适合我的。
现在稍微担心，短了点，也许 172 更好点，因为这个前后都有 很大的rocker，怕稳定
性不够好.
本来是想上 blizzard bonafide, 后来想想，还是soul 7 轻的好。

sequences that keep track of different PKs in different table.
all the confusion is generated by user request, they strongly
ask for parallel use of their naming system... I will reformulate
my question later...
right now, I am having problem with my trigger generating script, some
trigger compile with error, while some went through fine... really weird |

I will make some table replications between two DBs with same structure. The
main problem so far is how to prevent the PK conflict when replicating as
the current PKs are auto increased by sequence. My first thinking is the
have composite PK keys: instance id + auto increased, e.g. 01 and 1234 as a
PK pair, 01 is instance id and 1234 is current increased PK. I heard there
are some drawback in composite PK key, e.g. in ORM, etc. However, I am not
using ORM so far. Is my solution ok? |

fragments!). You may try to
use a shuttle. E.g., put two of them into pKS first. Then ligate another
one. Then you cut out a
(big) single fragment and ligate with your vector. Someone may have

发帖数: 146 | 14 天然产物合成研究基本上在原核生物的放线菌（红霉素，daptomycin），粘细菌（埃博
霉素），以及真核的真菌（青霉素和洛伐他丁）。因为操作容易，有工业价值。
以前基本上是从化合物到生物合成基因簇，随着sequenceing的发展，有更多的orphan
gene cluster被发现，从基因到化合物现在很fashion，有好多技术就是来发现克隆和
表达（异源）这些biosynthetic pathway的。
另外一些PKS和NRPS的基因都非常大，一般都克隆技术都比较困难。
lz说的第一个问题，我感觉主要是调控的问题吧，比如promoter，transcriptionial
factor。 可以换promoter或者删掉负调控基因来实现。
2，这些生物合成基因大多都很大而且很多都很敏感的，点突变都会引起产量的大幅下
降。 |
