Search for "desi consulting", you'll see 1000+ of people got screwed by
those blood sucking leeches.
They'll force you to sign a contract later, basically signing your life away
serf. If you want to leave, they'll harrass you, suit you for a huge amount
of money, and/or try to screw your visa etc. They are bad people who do

county. In many cases banks have their preferred closing offices. In your
case, they are likely to have no such offices close to you, and obviously
they don't want to bother to find another office. I think it is
understandable because substantial amount of work is needed to do so. I

人不放心的地
方：
a. shortsale.seller啥disclosure documents也没有。我们以前也下过shortsale的
offer，从来没见过什么doc也没有的。请问这个正常么？
b. 我们可以选seller的agent做dual agent。这样我们的offer就具有竞争力，卖主也
希望这
样。想问问有经验的人，这中间有没有什么可能的pitfall.
c. 这个区我们的agent不熟，刚开始找房的时候，agent就说除了他熟悉的几个区，其
他地方让我
们自己找local 的agent。所以这个shortsale并不需要通知我们的agent。这样我们可

不太闹腾，经济也有保障。就看你那边国际学生多不多。我那时候几个台湾同学也就是
在家里BT个电影，突然收到网络公司的警告信，吓得当天晚上把几个硬盘上的片子都删
的光光的，包括AV。现在想想有多胆小。。所以中国学生很好管的。唉。。。想想我们

I second that. From my past experience, you may or may not be sandboxed by
google. Mainly depends on what you do with your site I guess. For example, I
had an ecommerce site, but sandboxed for > 6 months. However, I got another
site that shows up on google just in several weeks.
Another note, 9 bucks is dirty cheap. I wouldn't recommend any bundled
services. Yahoo seems too cheap, and there are pitfalls in that approach. I
will write up an article later on this, when I get time... |

教有好多种，有很表面的，例如给学生做个题，然后让她重复一遍什么的，这种对思考
要求最低，有很多pitfall，如果学生不善于思考不愿意花时间琢磨的话，换一种情况
学过的东西马上就不适用了
有教很深的，或由浅入深的，这种教法学生可能学得慢，但一旦学会，很快就能独立
同时，古人说，知己知彼，百战不殆。你这个B女士是属于那种满足于看上去懂了，还
是那种善于思考的人？先搞清楚她为什么要学吧。
